First of all it is a great journey and feeling to get into an IIT and become an IITian .

The main thing which is required in self study is not to be distracted and always consistent . And follow good you tube channels like ( Mohit tyagi, physics wallah, unacademyjee,Atp star,mathongo) .now don't say that these are of mains . Focus on JEE not in main and advance much. And purchase some good books very good books for you preparation and focus on pyqs as much as you can . Then after giving mocktest at a regular intervals is very very important .
