Please don’t. If a kitten this young doesn’t have its mother, it needs you to take her place. If you can’t stay with the kitten or bring it with you, please arrange for someone else to take care of it until you return.

A month is 4 weeks. That is a VERY young kitten. It should be with its mother and siblings, cuddling and nursing. Kittens are usually weaned at about 8 weeks. They are usually just starting to learn how to eat liquid or soft foods at 4 weeks old.
Most cat breeders let their kittens go to new homes when they are 12 to 16 weeks old.

Sometimes kittens lose their mothers at such an early age and can still make it, with a lot of attentive TLC from a human. But they need frequent feeding and a lot of cuddles. And at first they even need your help to pee and poop, and to get cleaned up afterwards.

The kitten should be kept in a safe, clean, small area with a cozy warm bed. He or she should have fresh water, and frequently replaced soft food or kitten formula, available at all times, and (when old enough to start using it) a small litter box.

Kittens are social, and need a lot of love and interaction while they are developing. They need to be nurtured and petted, and to know you love them. Being left all alone that long would be very hard on such a young kitten. Even several hours is too long.
