Buying food for just them. My mom would do this a lot, come home with chips, fruit, candy, fast food, everything that we as kids would want, and when we would ask for some it was always “It’s MY food that I worked hard for! I bought y’all eggs and balgona! Why don’t y’all leave my food alone?!” We would literally be starving while she got to eat McDonalds and Whataburger. When I got a job, I told my sisters they could have the food that I bought as long as they asked, and I swore I would never have food that I wouldn’t share.
