Firstly, let me introduce myself briefly.

I used to be a student in Tutort Academy; hence I think I am privileged to share my point of view about this online teaching platform.

Firstly, let me introduce myself briefly.

  • My name is Sayan Banerjee(neocobb is my digital persona).
  • I have 11+ years of experience in the IT industry as of January, 2023.
  • I started my software developer journey in December, 2011 in Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. as a datawarehouse developer. As I was keenly interested in coding and stuff, I shifted to Java development project in totally different vertical within CTS after 3.5 years(yes I was lazy to realise this but it's better late than never, right 🙃)
    • Was it difficult? YES 😑
    • Was it do-able? Ofcourse 😀
  • After 2+ years in that Java development project, I shifted to Pwc; then Oracle.

During my Oracle interview I realised that I had to brush up my skills more seriously and needed to grasp in-depth knowledge in datastructure, system design and multi-threading.

Hence I started looking for online live classes as corona was already in and wfh started.

  • Why live classes?? Because I always feel comfortable in live lectures as I can clear my doubts then and there; also I can refer the recorded sessions later point of time 🙂

Surprisingly I found whole lot of online teaching platforms providing the same.

But, there came another concern. Course fee!!

I didn't want to incur a whole lot as course fee; but at the same time I wanted to get trained from skilled people(atleast who harbours in-depth knowledge as well as exposure to live projects in product-based organizations).

Though my search was on-going, it was not very efficient as I started working in Oracle; had to learn new things and take up new assignments blah blah(basically I got too busy with work and personal stuff and lazy enough to delay my actual goal 🥺).

After around one year, this dormant urge of brushing up my DSA+SD skill properly got activated once again and I started searching; ofcourse the expense concern was still there.

Surprisingly, I got to know about Tutort from Quora😀 and that led me to check their course structure, fee and reviews.

  • Was the course structure as per my requirement? Yes; totally 🙂
  • Did I check multiple reviews? Ofcourse 😀
  • Did I check their YouTube channel? Yes; just to get a glimpse of their teaching process and to know about their trainer
  • Did I query about trainers too? Yes Yes Yes 😁😁. I got to know about almost all of their so-called famous trainers.

But there was a hitch 🥴🥴

  • Was the course fee aligned with my budget? Not really; as I am kind of stay-within-the-budget guy(Okkay you can all me miser 😑😑) but it was one of the reasonable option I got with positive reviews.
  • Also there was no-cost EMI option which literally pushed me into taking up the course.

Now coming to the main course ☺️☺️

  • How was my experience?
    • Awesome would be a understatement to express my gratitude towards their course.
    • It was designed thoroughly. We were taught thoroughly. As for me, I never shied away from asking any concern to the trainer.
    • My trainer was more of a friend than trainer. I reached out whenever I needed to clear up any concern. Even we are in touch. Okay! Enough about the trainer.
    • Course duration was properly planned for working professionals.
    • Got to practice whole lot of assignments provided by Tutort
    • Had dedicated doubt clearing sessions for each topic
    • SD sessions were pretty good; although I want them to include LLD in future is possible

There were two more things which I want you to know just in case.

  • Suppose you don't like the way your trainer is conducting the sessions(it's a very common problem). In that case, you can jump into another trainer's session and figure it out which one works for you. Just remember one thing, don't shy away. Speak freely as Tutort admins are always eager to help you with any of your concern(just spare the personal ones 😛)
  • The second thing is that they will assign one/two guides to help you with mock interviews. Trust me mock interviews are much needed once u?you feel you are ready to attend interviews. Just attend mock interviews as much as you can before you really go for real ones.
  • One more thing I should say that my stint in Tutort was over in September, 2022 according to the course duration but I still reach out to them just in case I feel I need to attend some more sessions regarding a specific topic and they never say no. IDK it's because they don't track the duration properly or it's just their way of helping students. Either way, it's the added advantage to students.

Please feel free to ask any questions and if you find my personal experience helpful in anyway, please upvote.

Thanks ☺️☺️

Edit 1: I totally forgot to mention that I cleared my ServiceNow interview rounds just after competing the course from Tutort ☺️☺️

  • Apart from Tutort course, I took one DSA course from Geeksforgeeks(this is highly suggested; must go-to course to be interview ready), followed multiple YouTube channels for SD along with Gaurav Sen course.
  • Also, take your time and study Designing Data-Intersive Application by Martin Kleppman for system design. This is like Bible/Gita/Quran for SD enthusiast.

Most car insurance companies are kind of banking on you not noticing that they’re overcharging you. But unlike the olden days where everything was done through an agent, there are now several ways to reduce your insurance bills online. Here are a few ways:

Here’s the deal: your current car insurance company is probably charging you more than you should be paying. Don’t waste your time going from one insurance site to another trying to find a better deal.

Most car insurance companies are kind of banking on you not noticing that they’re overcharging you. But unlike the olden days where everything was done through an agent, there are now several ways to reduce your insurance bills online. Here are a few ways:

1. Take 2 minutes to compare your rates

Here’s the deal: your current car insurance company is probably charging you more than you should be paying. Don’t waste your time going from one insurance site to another trying to find a better deal.

Instead, use a site like Coverage.com, which lets you compare all of your options in one place.

Coverage.com is one of the biggest online insurance marketplaces in the U.S., offering quotes from over 175 different carriers. Just answer a few quick questions about yourself and you could find out you’re eligible to save up to $600+ a year - here.

2. Use your driving skills to drop your rate

Not every company will do this, but several of the major brand insurance companies like Progressive, Allstate, and Statefarm offer programs that allow you to use a dash cam, GPS, or mobile app to track your driving habits and reduce your rates. You just have to do it for a month typically and then they’ll drop your rate.

You can find a list of insurance companies that offer this option - here.

3. Fight speeding tickets and traffic infractions

A lot of people don’t realize that hiring a lawyer to fight your traffic violations can keep your record clean. The lawyer fee oftentimes pays for itself because you don’t end up with an increase in your insurance. In some cities, a traffic lawyer might only cost $75 per infraction. I’ve had a few tickets for 20+ over the speed limit that never hit my record. Keep this in mind any time you get pulled over.

4. Work with a car insurance company that rewards you for your loyalty

Sticking with the same car insurance provider should pay off, right? Unfortunately, many companies don’t truly value your loyalty. Instead of rewarding you for staying with them, they quietly increase your rates over time.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. Some insurers actually reward long-term customers with better deals and additional perks. By switching to a company that values loyalty - like one of the loyalty rewarding options on this site - you can enjoy real benefits, like lower premiums, better discounts, and added coverage options tailored just for you.

5. Find Out If Your Car Insurance Has Been Overcharging You

You can’t count on your car insurance provider to give you the best deal—they’re counting on you not checking around.

That’s where a tool like SavingsPro can help. You can compare rates from several top insurers at once and let them pitch you a better price.

Did you recently move? Buy a new car? Get a little older? These changes can mean better rates, and SavingsPro makes it easy to see if switching providers could save you money.

All it takes is a few minutes to answer these questions about your car and driving habits. You’ll quickly see if it’s time to cancel your current insurance and switch to a more affordable plan.

These are small, simple moves that can help you manage your car insurance properly. If you'd like to support my work, feel free to use the links in this post—they help me continue creating valuable content. Alternatively, you can search for other great options through Google if you prefer to explore independently.

When I joined Tutort Academy, they also gave me a 100% money-back guarantee. This increased my confidence in them by a ton. There are multiple batches, you can attend any batch according to your choice if you don’t get comfortable with one mentor. The best thing is that they provide live classes and live one-on-one doubt clearing sessions.

My Amazing mentor was Mr. Abhishek, who helped and guided me at every step. He is a great mentor anyone can get.

I'm really glad I was a part of this course since it taught me to think creatively and differently.

As Tutort Academy has helped me in various ways, I would like to convey all its features that are very helpful to the students.

The features are-

  1. As all the courses provided by them are for working professionals, they intricately designed the course so that it is easier for these professionals to cope. Hence all the classes are held on the weekends only.
  2. There are highly qualified mentors from companies like Google and Microsoft who are readily available for personalised mentorship. And also provide real-world assignments weekly.
  3. As it is sometimes difficult for a professional to cope with the course, there is a 1+ year flexible pass where you can finish up the course even after a gap.
  4. Resume and Mock Interview preparation is given in such a way that whenever there is an interview of a student not necessarily after the course finishes, all the guidance is given at any point in time when needed.
  5. Course content and curriculum are designed by 30+ top-tier professionals.

So, choosing Tutort Academy turned out to be a very good decision for me. For you guys, you can do all the research about them, talk to the mentors, and then decide what to choose from.

Communicating fluently in English is a gradual process, one that takes a lot of practice and time to hone. In the meantime, the learning process can feel daunting: You want to get your meaning across correctly and smoothly, but putting your ideas into writing comes with the pressure of their feeling more permanent. This is why consistent, tailored suggestions are most helpful for improving your English writing abilities. Seeing specific writing suggestions based on common grammatical mistakes multilingual speakers make in English is key to improving your communication and English writing fluency.

Regular feedback is powerful because writing in a language that isn’t the first one you learned poses extra challenges. It can feel extra frustrating when your ideas don’t come across as naturally as in your primary language. It’s also tough to put your writing out there when you’re not quite sure if your grammar and wording are correct. For those communicating in English in a professional setting, your ability to write effectively can make all the difference between collaboration and isolation, career progress and stagnation.

Grammarly Pro helps multilingual speakers sound their best in English with tailored suggestions to improve grammar and idiomatic phrasing. Especially when you’re writing for work, where time often is in short supply, you want your communication to be effortless. In addition to offering general fluency assistance, Grammarly Pro now includes tailored suggestions for writing issues common among Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin, French, and German speakers, with more languages on the way.

Features for all multilingual speakers

Grammarly’s writing suggestions will catch the most common grammatical errors that multilingual speakers make in English. For example, if you drop an article or misuse a preposition (such as “on” instead of “in”), our sidebar will flag those mistakes within the Fix spelling and grammar category with the label Common issue for multilingual speakers. Most importantly, it will provide suggestions for fixing them. While these errors seem small, one right after another can make sentences awkward and more difficult to absorb. Eliminating them all in one fell swoop is a powerful way to put a more fluent spin on your document.

Features for speakers of specific languages

With Grammarly Pro, speakers of French, German, Hindi, Mandarin, and Spanish can get suggestions specifically tailored to their primary language, unlocking a whole other level of preciseness in written English. For speakers of those languages, our sidebar will flag “false friends,” or cognates, which are words or phrases that have a similar form or sound in one’s primary language but don’t have the same meaning in English.

But now Grammarly Pro’s writing suggestions will catch these types of errors for you and provide suggestions on how to fix them. You can find these suggestions in the Sound more fluent category in our floating sidebar. Simply click on the suggestion highlighted in green, and voila, your English will be more polished and accurate.

PS: Tailored suggestions for other language backgrounds are on the way!

I was also from a different background. Honestly, I had an excellent experience with Tutort Academy and I sincerely respect them. I really appreciate the way they teach.

I have been always passionate about coding and that is what I started to look for a career in coding. To enhance my skills I had to look for a platform that will help me do the same, that is when during my search for the right platform, I found about Tutort.

Few reasons why I would suggest Tutort for the ones who are passionate about coding and wants to make a career in Data Structures and Algorithms:

  • Counseling: Unlike various other platforms, Tutort has introduced one great feature, wherein even before the enrollment we do get counseling from the mentors. This will help one out to understand in what ways the program will be beneficial and we can understand how the course will offer a career transition. This feature helped me a lot as it made me way easy to realize why I should choose Tutort.
  • Curriculum: When I looked into the curriculum of Tutort, it was so much relevant according to the industry. That is one main factor we should look upon while joining a program. As the tools and concepts change with time and we always should be industry-ready.
  • Flexibility: They arrange one on one doubt-clearing sessions as it is somewhat necessary to have proper guidance from the mentors if we come across any doubts after the sessions and they even provide flexibility to change the batches, due to any inconvenience that we face.
  • Hands-on experience: One of the important factors again, we do get to learn the concepts theoretically, but when it comes to the practical working of the concepts learned, many face a lot of difficulties, that is why hands-on training is necessary. When to you get learn and practice on industry-relevant cases, it always is beneficial.

These are few things that help me out with why Tutort will be the best option for choosing as a training platform to enhance my skills in Data Structures and Algorithms. My Journey with Tutort has helped me to get into Microsoft as well, which is why I would always recommend this course for working professionals who are passionate about coding.

I once met a man who drove a modest Toyota Corolla, wore beat-up sneakers, and looked like he’d lived the same way for decades. But what really caught my attention was when he casually mentioned he was retired at 45 with more money than he could ever spend. I couldn’t help but ask, “How did you do it?”

He smiled and said, “The secret to saving money is knowing where to look for the waste—and car insurance is one of the easiest places to start.”

He then walked me through a few strategies that I’d never thought of before. Here’s what I learned:

1. Make insurance companies fight for your business

Most people just stick with the same insurer year after year, but that’s what the companies are counting on. This guy used tools like Coverage.com to compare rates every time his policy came up for renewal. It only took him a few minutes, and he said he’d saved hundreds each year by letting insurers compete for his business.

Click here to try Coverage.com and see how much you could save today.

2. Take advantage of safe driver programs

He mentioned that some companies reward good drivers with significant discounts. By signing up for a program that tracked his driving habits for just a month, he qualified for a lower rate. “It’s like a test where you already know the answers,” he joked.

You can find a list of insurance companies offering safe driver discounts here and start saving on your next policy.

3. Bundle your policies

He bundled his auto insurance with his home insurance and saved big. “Most companies will give you a discount if you combine your policies with them. It’s easy money,” he explained. If you haven’t bundled yet, ask your insurer what discounts they offer—or look for new ones that do.

4. Drop coverage you don’t need

He also emphasized reassessing coverage every year. If your car isn’t worth much anymore, it might be time to drop collision or comprehensive coverage. “You shouldn’t be paying more to insure the car than it’s worth,” he said.

5. Look for hidden fees or overpriced add-ons

One of his final tips was to avoid extras like roadside assistance, which can often be purchased elsewhere for less. “It’s those little fees you don’t think about that add up,” he warned.

The Secret? Stop Overpaying

The real “secret” isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about being proactive. Car insurance companies are counting on you to stay complacent, but with tools like Coverage.com and a little effort, you can make sure you’re only paying for what you need—and saving hundreds in the process.

If you’re ready to start saving, take a moment to:

I started searching career options with Data Structures and algorithms, I searched for the course contents, and after a lot of searching I found a Data Structures and Algorithms course offered by Tutort.

They have excellent faculties and I liked the idea about live classroom sessions and personal doubt clearing sessions. The course included basic as well as advanced levels. Different projects and real-time helped me to be industry-ready.

There were multiple sessions where an experienced person from a top-tier company discussed things about this field through which I got a unique real-world perspective on data structures and algorithms.

Now, after giving interviews in various industries, I Landed a job in a top tier-company. And the main thing I learned during the journey is that keep your basics clear.

Finding a good learning platform of data structure and algorithms is very difficult especially if you are a working professional. Working professionals have to juggle between work time and learning time. I understand this very well because I too used to do a lot of courses while working full-time.

I have done DSA and SD course at tutort. Following are pros and cons:

Pros:

  1. The instructor was well versed in DSA and SD.
  2. Regular doubt clearing session
  3. Adhoc sessions on resume/ interview preparation.

Cons:

  1. Too much extension: The total course limit was extended 3–4 months more.
  2. Placement assistance and referrals: Total hoax, nothing like that exists here. Hr only gives few random company names, forget about any referrals from tier 1/2 PBC.
  3. Price higher compared to other courses/ programs.

Mentors are highly experienced and knowledgeable individuals whose teaching style helps students' interest in learning and who are always available to assist and guide you in resolving any questions.

It makes no difference whether you are from a technical or non-technical background. They teach everything beginning with the fundamentals and progressing to the advanced level. Concepts are taught in both theoretical and practical contexts. You can also enroll in multiple batches if you have a time constraint or if a concept is unclear and you want to attend the classes again.

Real-time domain-oriented projects and case studies provide you with practical industry experience.

Last, but not the least, their placement assistance is outstanding. The way mentors guided me during mock tests, and their guidance helped me to make my resume stand out from the rest.

Hence, I got short-listed for the interview at EY and finally, I cracked it.

I highly recommend Tutort Academy as one of the best places to learn Data Science.

For one thing, how is involving the student in the discussion about the steps of the problem not engagement? Also, the last sentence is making a false accusation. I did ask the students lots of questions to help ensure understanding. So I thoroughly involved them in the discussion of the steps of the problem, and asked them a lot of questions along the way. How is that not engaging the student?

They also give impeccable training of interviews especially according to the companies that you might have interview, also they give guidance in resume building and portfolio building.

If Tutort continues to provide this level of assistance to students in the future, I am confident that they will remain at the top of the e-Learning market.

You can log in to your account anytime. You can get students anytime but comparatively in night you will get more students so I’ll suggest you log in at night to get more students.

Yes, TutorAcademy.com has received many positive reviews from its customers. Customers have praised the website for its easy-to-use platform, friendly customer service, and high-quality tutors. Many customers have also commented that the tutors are knowledgeable and helpful, and that the cost of the service is reasonable.

Most of the answers seem to be paid/forced.

I have just one thing to say that in a world where every subject and topic is available for free on Youtube, why would you pay such huge money to these academies.

Its not necessary that employees of FAANG are good teachers. Teaching is an art and just because you land a job in top company, it does not mean you can teach.

Stay away from these academies.

Moreover, I also noticed that tutors are always happily ready to take any doubt. Their plans are affordable like just
$4.5 for an 30 minutes which is half the rate of other sites.

I still use Tutordip, and it helped me a lot to get better grades. Even if you need 3-4 hours of tutoring, you can get it quickly for just $25. Initially, when I started taking online tuitions, I tried many of the online tutoring sites and paid hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, I found Tutordip that not only saved my money but also helped me in achieving good grades. One thing that I loved the most about them is the tutors are available 24*7 which is a boon for a student like me. As most of us are habitual for starting the work one day before the deadline. Tutordip always has my back in such end moments. So If you are also just like me who don't understand a word in class, then you should trust me and join Tutordip. It is not only affordable and genuine but also a great way to improve your marks.

On top of that when I used to get reminder mail everyday from InterviewBit about not losing my streak was so compelling that even after doing 10 hours of office work I was able to code for next 1–2 hours.

At one point I got so addicted with this platform that while sleeping I used to think what test case might be failing and sometimes it came in my mind and immediately I used to open my lappy and submit the new code and woooohhhaaa after seeing those 3 green ticks what a sleep I used to get.

My preparation through this platform:

Set the threshold to minimum 200 points but I always fought for 500 points/ day but sometimes with regular job it is hard to maintain 500 so kept it 200.

I started with Complexities and then worked parallel on Tree and Arrays. Then Binary Search and linked list and so on. My objective is to work on two different modules at once because 1. I wanted to keep my preparation in Jet mode, 2. Sometimes when I was unable to submit a tree code then rather than taking rest I used to jump to array and started working on array problem to get me out of the jinx of tree question.

InterviewBit allows us to start new session and I was using this feature to revise the module and to speed up the coding in second round. My goal in first round to submit the correct code irrespective of time and in second round my goal was to submit the correct code in minimum number of attempts and in at least 0.75 time efficiency compare to average time mentioned against each problem.

In a matter of 2 months I was able to complete the course with revision and finally got offer from Amazon India and Visa Inc India in my first attempts only. Thanks a lot team InterviewBit. :)

I was about to appear for interviews and I needed a one stop solution for all the programming interview questions. I used to solve quite a few problems on Codeforces/CodeChef, but none of them are geared towards providing a structured approach towards programming interviews. I wanted to practice the interview specific questions from geeksforgeeks but there was no online judge to evaluate my code's time complexity/correctness.

InterviewBit solves all those problems in a single platform. It offers you the ability to solve interview specific programming questions on an editor without the luxury of autocomplete. At the end of the coding session, it allows you to run your solution through an online judge too. And the feature of incremental hints simulates the environment of the interview where you get hints if you're stuck for long.

My experience with InterviewBit

I was excited about trying out the InterviewBit platform. I signed up and was instantly hooked. The gamification of the platform motivated me to keep on solving problems. I felt exhilarated when I reached the top 20 of the leaderboard.

I messaged Anshuman (CEO of InterviewBit) on Quora, not expecting a reply, and complemented their hard work. I asked him for early referrals since I was in the Top 20 of the leaderboard for the next month. Much to my delight, he replied and and gracefully agreed to get me referred. I would not have received interview calls from a few companies if it was not for their referrals.

Now many months of interactions later, he's one of those guys whom I feel I should have known/met in college. I've an incredible amount to learn from the amount of hard work and perseverance he and Abhimanyu put in every day.

Programming interviews are a lot about having solved similar problems before. I've interviewed at Adobe, Amazon, Directi, Flipkart, Microsoft, Google and Zenefits. On an average you could expect a 60% overlap in the programming interview questions. Overlap might be in the form of similar problems, techniques and concepts which you've learnt on InterviewBit.

It is essential that you practice and solve through each of the problem on InterviewBit. Solve the problems which you find tough twice, once by looking at the approach and rewrite the code again without looking at the solution.

How to get the most out of InterviewBit

Preparation Phase

  • Start at least three months before the time you want to sit for the interviews.
  • Work your way through the problem sets on InterviewBit. They've nicely structured it under key topics.
  • Work hard to reach the Top 20 in the leaderboard. You might get referred even if you're in Top 30, but this is for your own good.
  • There is a concept called upsolving in Competitive Programming. It means that you should specially solve problems which you're unable to solve. Stretch yourself to solve the difficult problems.
  • Practice whiteboard coding. Especially for design questions.

Mock Interview Phase

This is very important! You need to practice under interview pressure. InterviewBit will schedule mock interviews with you to settle your nerves before the actual interviews. Work on the feedback you receive from these mock interviews.

Referral Phase

Sit back and concentrate on cracking the coding interviews while InterviewBit does all the grunt work of referring you to the top notch companies across the world.

Interview Phase

Just go in with a constructive mindset and give your best. Even if you fail, don't take it to heart, there will be plenty more opportunities. Use the failure as an opportunity to learn and grow for the future. I've failed at many too. This only motivates to me work harder.

Strike a positive relationship with your recruiter. This will help you in future when you want to apply again.

Offers/Negotiation Phase

This is one of the toughest phase for a relatively inexperienced Software Engineer. Most of them have never negotiated before. No need to panic since InterviewBit will help you through this phase too. They've the accumulated wisdom of knowing the recruitment strategies of companies and will work with you to negotiate and choose the best offer.

Final Thoughts

Both Anshuman and Abhimanyu will get you referred to top notch companies once you are performing well on InterviewBit. They're some of the most hard working/humble guys I've had the pleasure of interacting with. There have been times when I needed help and they would respond instantly to my emails, although I know that as startup founders they're incredibly busy.

Although I could not fully utilize this platform since I discovered it a bit late, I would recommend anyone who is going to appear for interviews to leverage this platform to the fullest.

The way I look at it, InteviewBit prepares you not only for the interviews, but for the actual job too. You will learn to write error free, compilable code in your first attempt without even using your favorite editor's autocomplete feature.

Disclosure: I've been hired by one of the fastest growing startups in the US. I feel if not for my practice on Interviewbit, that wouldn't have happened. I will tell you about it but before I go into my review, I want you to ask this: Are you ready to put in your everything to get the next "Wow" job offer?
Yes? Read along!
No? You can still try out Interviewbit, you may give your everything un-intentionally!

Signing up:

So three months back, I had decided in my mind to look for a new job for personal reasons. I had no strategy initially to prepare for interviews except doing random contests on Codeforces(I am rated high blue right now). And then one day, a senior of mine sent out an invite to join Interviewbit. At that point in time, it was only open to IIIT-H students. I was really curious and signed up for the site in May.

First few days:

The first topic was about Time Complexity. Me being quite familiar with competitive programming, quickly finished Time complexity section with high scores and found myself < 2500 in the global rank list. It felt really cool to be up there, competing against IITians and IIIT-H students. Added to my position in the global rank list was a "Streak" chart. It was really motivating to solve problems just for the streak!

The problems on Interviewbit vary nicely in complexity from very easy to difficult ones. And you can also pick the complexity of the problem you want to solve. Easier ones obviously have low scores than the tougher ones. They are also grouped into different buckets. I like binary search a lot - so I went ahead and solved every problem in binary search topic, thereby moving further up the rank list. By the end of May, I had solved enough problems in Arrays and Binary Search to get to <200 in the rank list. Now that was quite something.

The Referral process:

So everyday I kept solving one or two problems just to keep up my streak, it gave me an adrenaline rush to see the chart above the baseline. Here's mine during the first month or so:

And then the next big adrenaline rush came up - The admins sent out an email saying anyone who finishes in the top 20 will be referred to the top tech companies. I realized that was my moment and from then on spent every night doing problems on Interviewbit. In order to advance quickly in points and end up at the top of the list, I solved the Jump problems to open up multiple topics and solve easier problems in the later buckets. All the while, both Anshuman and Abhimanyu were both responsive and helpful on mails as well as Internet Relay Chat. May month contest ended but I was not able to get into the top 20's and was somewhere in the 30s. I thought I had missed a good opportunity but then the admins sent out another mail which indicated that the contests will be ongoing every month and was not restricted just to that month!

Second wave of attack:

I kept solving problems in Interviewbit and decided at least this month I should end up the top 20 and get referred. Kept up my streak and whenever a tough problem came up, I used the hints to get an idea about how the solution would look like. In my opinion, part of solving the problem is to believe that you can solve that problem and whenever I felt the problem was too tough for me, I just referred the hints. This is another nice thing about Interviewbit - if you access a hint only a minimal subset of your score for that problem is subtracted and you are still encouraged to solve the problem by yourself and get a high score. Its very similar to how one of my interviews happened - I was stuck on the problem and a little help/initial direction from the interviewer was all I needed to solve the problem.

This time, I did end up in top 20 in the July contest.

Mock Interviews:

After I got selected for the referral process, I was held a mock interview to make sure I was prepared. If you are the kind of person who is very bad at handling interview nerves, this mock interview is for you! No really! I absolutely dreaded interviews - it was like I was only 50% intelligent during interviews and this mock interview by Anshuman was a nice way to practice and get rid of that nervousness. Obviously I did okayish in the mock but Anshuman helped me with my problem areas. He infact gave me additional design questions to practice upon(too bad I haven't followed up on them yet!).
From thereon, I applied to the startup, took their interviews, this time not so much afraid after the mocks and eventually got hired!

After thoughts:

After I got hired, I realized the value Interviewbit had provided. I can say it has given me enough in terms of problem solving and implementation skills to confidently face interviews. The platform is designed in a way so as to continually improve your problem solving. People behind it are ones who know nook and corner of how the interview process works and I am sure they know what it takes to takes to polish the tech-interview skills in a candidate.
In the recent months, they've also added much more features like Help Requests which further help people stuck on difficult problems.

My one final piece of advice: Don't dispose it as another GeeksforGeeks/Leetcode clone - this site is much much more than both of them in terms of preparing you for interviews! It has a radical approach towards interview preparation and you SHOULD try it out!

Yes, they do allow; my nineteen-year-old kid registered on Mytutorhub around a few days back, and I really appreciate this feature, as with this, he in no time can connect with his tutors at the last minute.

Well, I would say, STUDENT NEEDS ANALYSIS, CUSTOMIZED LEARNING, LIVE INTERACTION WITH TUTOR and CONTINUOUS MENTORING keeps MySchoolPage outstanding from any other Online Education Platform.

I have always been good at maths and stats and data science seems ideal for my career. I don’t have an idea about others but I would like to share my experience with Data Trained. I have enrolled in the PG program in Data Science, Machine Learning & Neural Networks offered by Data Trained Education. The course started from November and recently I have moved to the internship the course is very well designed and co-developed with IBM which means Data Scientists from IBM also train and guide every student in their data science journey. The course have rich & latest content on data science. Till now my favourite part was the projects they introduced more than 40 live industry projects and not the dummy projects available on Google and they also gave assignments, case-studies after every module on data science they cover. The projects were divided into 2 phases practice & assessment projects. During the practice projects the institute helped in any problem faced by the student and once the practice projects are over then during the assessment projects the students have to be on their own. I faced many problems during this phase but was able to complete the projects on time. Since Data Trained is offering 100% placement guarantee I strongly recommend everyone at Data Trained that you need to be punctual and will have to submit everything before the due date, they have limits for everything and Credit Score is maintained if the student is below 80% then special assistance is provided to the student, however I was able to maintain 92% during the learning phase and now the most important part of the program i.e. the internship I will be moved to internship in the next week and hope to give my best. I will update about the internship once I get to it, I found Data Trained as a suitable institute for the data science course.

I have never used Myschoolpage for tutoring, but I’d look to credible websites/ articles and or people who written about the site to determine that.

I am writing this to share my opinion on DataTrained Education’s Full Stack Development course. I enrolled into the program 8 months ago and I will be honest, I had my doubts before joining the course and I know that many like me would have their doubts.

I completed my BTEC in 2018 and even after that, I was not able to do well in my career. I was earning a salary that was hardly enough for me to pay for rent and food. That’s when I decide to enroll into an upskilling course that could give me a push in my career.

I joined DataTrained after doing a lot of research. I went through the course curriculum and specifications of a lot of courses available in the market. DataTrained’s FSD course got my attention due to their 6 months internship that is an integral part of the course. This not only helped me to brush up my theoretical knowledge but also contributed hugely to sharpening my coding and other technical skills.

My course is not even complete and I already have an offer letter with me. I am still looking for more opportunities. I know I can score better packages. What I would suggest to you all is to also do your part, don’t just rely on the trainers. Practice coding, and take up multiple projects. The more you do, the better you will be. I got lucky with this course as I could ask my mentors whenever I had a doubt.

This course, the mentors, and the career coaches helped me a lot in this journey. I am happy with DataTrained and will recommend others to join this course too.

Enrolling in an Expertifie course focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) is highly beneficial for individuals gearing up for interviews in renowned product-based companies such as Amazon, Cisco, Walmart, Microsoft, Google, and Facebook. Enrolling in an Expertifie course focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) is highly beneficial for individuals gearing up for interviews in renowned product-based companies such as Amazon, Cisco, Walmart, Microsoft, Google, and Facebook. For freshers lacking hands-on experience from internships or training projects, the likelihood of facing questions predominantly centered around data structures and algorithms is high.

Thorough preparation for interviews at top-tier product companies not only equips candidates with the essential skills but also positions them favourably for interviews with service-based companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Mindtree, and others. Striving for excellence and maintaining a high standard of preparation serves as a solid foundation for success in both product and service-based company interviews.

Many students believe that in order to crack technical rounds of any product-based organisation, they must be extremely skilled at competitive coding. Nevertheless, this is not the case. While having a strong command of computer programming will always be advantageous, having a strong command of standard data structures such as

  • Stacks
  • Array
  • Queues
  • Graphs
  • Linked lists
  • Algorithms involving searching
  • Sorting
  • Greedy
  • Dynamic approaches. It will significantly improve your chances of landing a job in a good product-based company.

The Expertifie DSA course goes over all of the data structures and algorithms in depth and in practice. The lecture are fantastic, they teach in very simpler way even laymen can understand. They go over each algorithm in detail and compare it to other algorithms that can solve the same problem in terms of time complexity and memory usage. They begin a coding challenge by encouraging students to consider a naive approach, then alter the naive solution to make it an efficient one that uses the least amount of space and time. You'll get access to a variety of genuine questions (that are required for interview preparation) ranging in difficulty (from easy to challenging) for each topic. There are many questions in DS and Algo, if someone start solving those, it ll take many years of their life. Instead one can focus on those which is required. That how Expertifie separates themself from others.

This course is one that I would strongly recommend to freshers as well as for experienced who are preparing for coding interviews. If you haven't fared well in competitive coding platforms, don't lose heart. Check their review and then decide to enroll or not in the courses and tackle all of the coding challenges that come in it on a regular basis. There's a good chance that the challenges you'll face during your technical round have previously been handled as part of this course.

I joined Pep online classes Course. My experience is well great. Sumeet and Jitendar sir explain everything so, well and we get enough time to complete code and evaluate at same time.

Hey there,

I think I'm the right person to answer this question to you as I had taken both the live classes as well as the recorded classes of various institutes.

Personally speaking, the live online classes conducted by pepcoding is way better than any other institute. It gives you the feeling that you are sitting in a classroom and studying with your peers just like in offline classes.

Hey there,

Personally speaking, the live online classes conducted by pepcoding is way better than any other institute. It gives you the feeling that you are sitting in a classroom and studying with your peers just like in offline classes.

I took the placement program course from pepcoding last month and due to COVID 19, pandemic only live online classes are being conducted. In my live classes, the teacher interacts so well with us and the way the teacher teaches is also very unique and impressive.

Firstly the teacher gives an in-depth explanation of the theory part related to the topic and then we are given some good quality problems on that topic, the teacher explains the problem to us like what is asked and what to be done in that problem on an open board. Then the teacher gives us time to think about an approach to solve that problem, if we get stuck while writing a code we can share our computer screen live and the teacher resolves our doubts and then the teacher itself solve the problem that might be of a different approach to solve that particular question/problem. So by this method, we get to know various approaches to solve a particular problem. hence with all these practices, I can definitely say that live classes conducted by pepcoding are awesome and I strongly recommend everyone who is interested in learning programming and are coding enthusisats to get in touch with pepcoding as soon as possible.

Thanks and Regards
