It’s typically a high-rise apartment tower with 30+ floors.

Ours is 45 floors, and the house is one in a complex of 4 other houses just like it. There are 4 walking entrances to the complex, each guarded. Downstairs there are 4 floors for car parking. Between the houses there is some green space, a playground for kids, and some outdoor exercise machines for elderly.

Single family houses in cities are so few in comparison, that they bear no significance.

In some smaller cities families with decent income and/or social position often have smaller 3–4 floor houses built for themselves, and then they rent out the extra floors.
