I'm short, 4'10. People pat me on the head and call me cute or sweety. I once told a guy if he patted my head again, I'd consider it assault and defend myself. He did it again and I put him in a wrist lock. He said I was adorable. Argghhh. Just because someone is short doesn't mean you can be condescending or pet them like dogs.

I have two children that are normal to tall in height and my daughter still loves cuddles and sitting on my lap. I've had people tell her she's too big and I didn't want her there. Excuse me. Never tell my child I don't want her somewhere. I don't care if she is 7 feet tall and 900 pounds. She can STILL sit on my lap. She's just a little girl, arrgh.
