A boss/friend of mine used to race tunnel boats (I don’t know if that’s the right name for it). His was getting old but he didn’t have enough money to replace it. SOOO

About 2:00 one Sunday morning his boat “disappeared” from it’s parking spot at his apartment complex. He reported it to the police who never found it. My friend filed his insurance claim and all was good…wrong. The company we worked for had a huge trash compactor. I mean 30–40 feet long and maybe 20 feet wide. When the next trash pickup day came around the company maintenance person discovered the crunched up boat in the trash compactor, reported it to the office…BUSTED! That boat was squished so small I have no idea how anyone could recognize it but someone did. Obviously, he got fired.
