Why didn't FedEx deliver my package? The page says "Local delivery restriction - Delivery not attempted" and that the delivery will be rescheduled for "when conditions improve". There are no conditions that could cause problems.

I'm a Fedex employee….it's an excuse the driver put in his handheld to justify skipping a stop. Sad buy true..
