Instead of welcoming the departure of Mcdonald's and other symbols of America that were present in Russia, he praises the people who continue to run these symbols of America in Russia.

Putin should ban hamburgers in Russia because it is the very symbol of American soft power and American domination over the world. But no, he prefers to boast that Russians can continue to run these restaurants.
