I was accused of stealing a bouquet of flowers because I threw away my receipt after I paid for them at the self checkout. Apparently the workers didn’t see me pay for it on the cameras. I had to prove I paid for them by showing the transaction on my bank app.

I was outraged, I said things like;

“Check the cameras again. You don’t want to accuse me of stealing because I’ll get my lawyer to shut the lights off.”

”I drive a brand new Mercedes and you think I need to steal some mediocre flowers?”

The brand new Mercedes was the loaner I had for the 1993 Mercedes I had in the shop. Lol
