Teachers said minors are tuff but major papers are according to neet(difficulty level),so try to score in majors which is must.

BUT the point is you have to score here or there you have no choice.

Some tips

1.Practice physics as much as you can from modules ,race, and do begineer box and illustrations too it will increase your marks upto 60 or 70 and you will score always above 120 out of 180.

2.BUT MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IS TO CONCENTRATE ON THE CLASS ,YOU HAVE NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM OR DOUBT ABOUT TOPICS SO THAT ABOVE WILL APPLY.

3.TRY TO BE ATTENTIVE,GO TO TEACHERS IF HAVE ANY TYPE OF CONFUSION OF PROBLEM IN UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT TOPIC.

4.For chemistry try to focus on notes for organic &inorganic the most ,then do exercises.

5.For biology if you want to score must do which i suggested in point 2&3.

read ncert.

make short notes or fill the ncert free spaces of chapter with important points from module.Try to mixed up module and ncert in one,i mean to say made ncert such its chapter have ncert content plus module content in free white spaces ,which is important ,

IT HELPS YOU IN LAST TIME nd in majors WHEN YOU REVISE.

NEVER EVER FORGET YOU ARE PREPARING FOR NEET NOT FOR MINORS OR MAJORS.THESE ARE TO JUDGE YOUR PREPARION ONLY.

REGARDS.

Your score=Your hardwork+ Dedication+consistancy!

You will always score according to the hardwork you have done for it…never more and never less than that.

Will like to show you few of my scores and an honest explanation behind each of them !!

  1. Test date:- 10th September. This was my score when I gave the test just two days after joining Allen.(The batch started on 30th july and i joined in September) , so this was the second test but mine first. Also the syllabus wasn't too much, and since I was a good student in past I managed to score this much without actually preparing for the test.

2. Test date:- 1st October

I really worked hard and managed to score this much. Also i kept myself away from any type of distraction. I kept following a strict routine , but this wasn't what I wanted because my aim was just to come top. But I learnt that to score like a topper I needed to work harder than what I was doing or atleast continue my current my time table.

3. Test date:- 29th October. This was a semi major test..and the syllabus was really much more than what we used to have in our minor tests. Although I prepared well , i didn't manage to score well as the test was just after Diwali break and , I spent less time on studying than thinking about home and my failures.

4. Test date : - 19th November . Finally I managed to score highest among all. This was the result of continuous effort and hard work, Also the lessons learnt from previous test.

5. Test date:- 10th December

Due to the previous test and after getting all the attentions what a topper gets, I failed in controlling myself and became over confident about this one. Also I made few new friends after that so involved myself in really silly stuffs (As I thought a little bit of enjoyment isn't going to harm) and it all showed up in the decrement of my marks.

Image Source:- Screenshots of my results published on Allen Csat.

I would like to stop here as this is enough to explain how you score when you are really sincere and how , Over confidence , Lack of hard work and consistency rewards you.

One last thing ….these test are just to test your preparation…and it doesn't even mean that you are going to score like your mock tests because many things are different on the final day…and my actual score in NEET is a live example of this.

Never compromise with your studies because everything else in this world can wait but not the time. And once the time is gone , you won't be able to do anything.

Work Hard !!!

Stay happy.!!!

Keep Smiling!!!

Good luck!!!

Overpaying on car insurance

You’ve heard it a million times before, but the average American family still overspends by $417/year on car insurance.

If you’ve been with the same insurer for years, chances are you are one of them.

Pull up Coverage.com, a free site that will compare prices for you, answer the questions on the page, and it will show you how much you could be saving.

That’s it. You’ll likely be saving a bunch of money. Here’s a link to give it a try.

Consistently being in debt

If you’ve got $10K+ in debt (credit cards…medical bills…anything really) you could use a debt relief program and potentially reduce by over 20%.

Here’s how to see if you qualify:

Head over to this Debt Relief comparison website here, then simply answer the questions to see if you qualify.

It’s as simple as that. You’ll likely end up paying less than you owed before and you could be debt free in as little as 2 years.

Missing out on free money to invest

It’s no secret that millionaires love investing, but for the rest of us, it can seem out of reach.

Times have changed. There are a number of investing platforms that will give you a bonus to open an account and get started. All you have to do is open the account and invest at least $25, and you could get up to $1000 in bonus.

Pretty sweet deal right? Here is a link to some of the best options.

Having bad credit

A low credit score can come back to bite you in so many ways in the future.

From that next rental application to getting approved for any type of loan or credit card, if you have a bad history with credit, the good news is you can fix it.

Head over to BankRate.com and answer a few questions to see if you qualify. It only takes a few minutes and could save you from a major upset down the line.

How to get started

Hope this helps! Here are the links to get started:

Have a separate savings account
Stop overpaying for car insurance
Finally get out of debt
Start investing with a free bonus
Fix your credit

A to A.

NO.

The questions asked in minor tests are quite easy and more importantly syllabus is less , so preparation should be more good .

Try improving more by practicing more MCQ in less time .

Time management plays a crucial role in scoring high.

HOPE YOU GET IT.

THANKS.

Hi there.

This was one thing even I was very curious about when I was doing my preparation :P

In NEET pattern tests, my score used to be in the range 600–665, my highest score was 700. Lowest was 514. Best rank (All india) was 17 and lowest rank was 177.

My physics and chemistry scores used to be above 155. My biology was weak, so 310 to 330 used to be my range of score. My highest in biology was 351, which I still remember because, I was so happy that day :P

In AIIMS pattern exams, my score used to be in range 135–160. Reason for this wide range, is because level of the paper used to vary a lot.

In SRG tests, my scores would be relatively less.

Thank You!

Whether a score of 400 on the ALLEN minor test is considered good can depend on several factors, including the total score possible, the average scores of other test-takers, and the specific goals or benchmarks set by the institution or program.

If you know the maximum score or the average scores from previous years, that context would help in determining the quality of the score. Generally, higher scores are better, but what constitutes a "good" score can vary by year and cohort. If you have more information about the scoring or context, I can help analyze it further!

I once met a man who drove a modest Toyota Corolla, wore beat-up sneakers, and looked like he’d lived the same way for decades. But what really caught my attention was when he casually mentioned he was retired at 45 with more money than he could ever spend. I couldn’t help but ask, “How did you do it?”

He smiled and said, “The secret to saving money is knowing where to look for the waste—and car insurance is one of the easiest places to start.”

He then walked me through a few strategies that I’d never thought of before. Here’s what I learned:

But what really caught my attention was when he casually mentioned he was retired at 45 with more money than he could ever spend. I couldn’t help but ask, “How did you do it?”

He smiled and said, “The secret to saving money is knowing where to look for the waste—and car insurance is one of the easiest places to start.”

He then walked me through a few strategies that I’d never thought of before. Here’s what I learned:

1. Make insurance companies fight for your business

Most people just stick with the same insurer year after year, but that’s what the companies are counting on. This guy used tools like Coverage.com to compare rates every time his policy came up for renewal. It only took him a few minutes, and he said he’d saved hundreds each year by letting insurers compete for his business.

Click here to try Coverage.com and see how much you could save today.

2. Take advantage of safe driver programs

He mentioned that some companies reward good drivers with significant discounts. By signing up for a program that tracked his driving habits for just a month, he qualified for a lower rate. “It’s like a test where you already know the answers,” he joked.

You can find a list of insurance companies offering safe driver discounts here and start saving on your next policy.

3. Bundle your policies

He bundled his auto insurance with his home insurance and saved big. “Most companies will give you a discount if you combine your policies with them. It’s easy money,” he explained. If you haven’t bundled yet, ask your insurer what discounts they offer—or look for new ones that do.

4. Drop coverage you don’t need

He also emphasized reassessing coverage every year. If your car isn’t worth much anymore, it might be time to drop collision or comprehensive coverage. “You shouldn’t be paying more to insure the car than it’s worth,” he said.

5. Look for hidden fees or overpriced add-ons

One of his final tips was to avoid extras like roadside assistance, which can often be purchased elsewhere for less. “It’s those little fees you don’t think about that add up,” he warned.

The Secret? Stop Overpaying

The real “secret” isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about being proactive. Car insurance companies are counting on you to stay complacent, but with tools like Coverage.com and a little effort, you can make sure you’re only paying for what you need—and saving hundreds in the process.

If you’re ready to start saving, take a moment to:

Saving money on auto insurance doesn’t have to be complicated—you just have to know where to look. If you'd like to support my work, feel free to use the links in this post—they help me continue creating valuable content.

Hey, hope you and your family are doing well in this pendamic.

So if you are aiming big then you also need to work very hard because 500 isn't just a number, it is the path which gives a view to your destination somewhere. Think big and try to fulfill it with passion.

Let's talk about the journey towards 500 + score in the Allen test which is a very big platform that works as the mirror for you. Achieving such a beautiful score is definitely not a cake walk but if you follow your strategy with your full efficiency and honesty then this will create the path to achieve it.

What you need to do to score such a number are :-

  1. You should have a perfect strategy or say time table and inspect yourself whether you are taking it seriously or not.
  2. You should have a motive or reason that why you want to do so and beleive me many people's doesn't have any reason and the people who finds a reason then they are a step ahead with respect to other aspirants because after that you won't need any motivation and the chance of your success will be higher than the others.
  3. You need to stay focused with your full energy and efficiency.
  4. You should to be very honest with you and your work. Please don't study in such a manner beleiving this as your duty.
  5. Stay consistent and please don't take any gap between your study days or with your schedule.
  6. Be very regular in your class, make your notes, short notes(make this at revision time), ask your doubt to your respective faculties wherver it's small or big doubt and for god sake don't hesitate that what others will think just because you are a girl. If your doubt didn't get clear in one time then ask again and again until you get satisfied. Maybe your teacher gets angry with you and scolds you, but you have to ask them the solution of your problem in any case, without caring about your image.
  7. Do you homework properly and revise it on a daily basis. Revision play a vital role in the road of success and i advice you read less, revise more. Understand the power of “revision”. The more you revise, the more you clear and fast with your answer. Beleive me if you revise your study on a daily basis then you'll find yourself in a better standing in compare to others.
  8. Not just do hard work but also do smart work and this is somewhere necessary to secure such the 500+ marks. Because you have seen that an ass also works hard but he can't be as fast as a Cheetah.
  9. Time management becomes very necessary and in such a mob like competition and at such stage. So you must should have the report of you every minutes of the 24 hours.
  10. Sometime students feels depressed because they don't getting a good rank or good score in their tests and also there are so many students who starts thinking such a stupid idea of suicide. So stay away from these type of thoughts.
  11. Keep faith on yourself that you also can do this and you will and one of the most important thing is that “keep patience” because the result of success doesn't come so easily. ……ab ye nhi ki aaj hard work and sbhi strategy follow kr liye hai to ek week me hi mujhe result mil jane chahiye…..ok.
  12. Stay away from the distractions like mobiles, gadjets or other devices and devote these time to your studies.
  13. Find the way to entertain yourself throughout your journey because mind also needs some relax or comfort but in not the way like making unnecessary friends and to be very clear don't fall into the things like relationship, you know what kind of relations i'm talking about. I'm also not saying that you should never do such things. I just want to say that everything has a time and it's good to do the things at right time so till then wait and stay away from all these shit. I'm not judging you please won't take my advice in that way. Hope you understand.

Atlast i just want to say that i can only suggest you and i can only just share my experiences with you but finally you have to implement all these things to get a successful life. “But one thing I would definitely like to say that behind success do not get so mad that you loose your existence.”

May be you think that why i didn't suggest you with particular subjects or topics or with difficulty level of the questions. This is because if i did that then you may get a temporary happiness but my moto was not just to give you your happiness for temporary. This suggestion will help you throughout your whole life journey.

Thank you!!!🙏

All the best 👍💯

So, you think you’ve drafted a tweet, an email, a short story, or even a novel. These are different forms of communication, but the process of bringing them to fruition has a necessary, sometimes overlooked step: editing! Unless you’re a professional writer, it’s unlikely that you have an editor who can review your writing regularly. Here are some tips to help you review your own work.

  1. Give your writing some space. Have you ever felt a mix of pure relief and joy when you’ve finished a draft of something? Don’t downplay that feeling and the ability to walk away from your work before you start editing it. You may need minutes, hours, or days, but once you sit back down with what you originally had on the page, you’ll have the thrill of looking at it with fresh eyes. You’ll notice errors you may not have seen the first time. You’ll come to new realizations about its overall tone and structure. If it’s a text or email, maybe you only need a few minutes away from it. If it’s a story or essay, perhaps you’ll need longer. Regardless of what type of work it is, it will help your writing tremendously.
  2. Don’t use overachieving synonyms. Looking at your work for the second, third, or fourth time around may inspire you to spice up your language with longer, more uncommon words. There’s nothing wrong with having a thesaurus nearby, but try to limit the repetition of long, pretentious-feeling words so your work flows well and doesn’t feel too bogged down. At the end of the day, you want it to feel true to you and the message you’re conveying.
  3. Remember who the reader is. Don’t forget your own voice as the writer—but don’t forget who your reader is. Many writers get too close to their work; editing is a chance to try to get out of your own head. Who is your ideal reader? What do you want them to take away from the writing? It’s a unique time to step in their shoes, to make sure your communication is as effective as you’d like it to be.
  4. Kill your darlings. Don’t be scared to remove chunks of your work, even if it feels precious to you. If it’s a passage that’s really tough to part with, try saving it somewhere else, so you can return to it later in your piece or for another work.
  5. Use Grammarly. Last but not least, Grammarly has countless resources for editing your work. Our writing assistant helps you find areas of your writing that are unclear or too wordy, as well as help you find mistakes you might not have caught.

Editing may feel tedious, but it’s just as important as writing itself. For an extra pair of editing eyes on everything you write, download the free Grammarly for Windows and Mac today.

I personally realized an important thing after giving numerous of these tests during the course of my preparation. Work hard continuously or else ur contemporaries will not take time to replace u. It kinda gives u a stimulus to maintain the grit as well as the passion of scoring more marks because even a slight carelessness from ur side allows the other fellow to overshadow u in no time.

These are my scores in the initial tests of class 12 →

That 671 on 19 November was my highest score in class 12….. And 601 the lowest. Never scored less than 600 :-P

Major test series scores were pretty much similar and even my neet score of 648 was also not much different.

I recommend u to give these tests seriously if u don't have tests of latest pattern at ur coaching…. As was the case with me.

Thanks

But how is it able to flourish so fast as compared to other coaching institutes, this is just because of the efforts that they make on their young aspirants, specially the two/three year clasroom program. They try to bring out the maximum in you so that you are not only prepared for your exams but also for your journey through this harsh life.

Now coming back to the question i would like to say that, my freind never ever expect good marks from the tests at allen specially from those taking place at an all india level, because these people set the paper in such a manner that if you are able to score 30% marks in their paper then they will write on a stamp and give it you that you can score more than 65% in you actual JEE/ NEET paper. Now i will tell u a real life instance that i experienced when i was in kota preparing for JEE’2017.

It was the beginning of march when all the kotaites were working at their threshold just because of the doomsday which was not far. Just like many other students who take test series of different coachings just a month before mains, i have also taken the ALLEN AITS (all india test series), it was my first paper of that series & I was full of enthusiasm and excitement because I had finished my full course revision a day before the test. I reached the test center in a jovial mood and started writing my paper with a small prayer.

I was good at maths so this section was always my first target but as soon as I read the questions I couldn't even figure out that where I should start from, the questions were so hard and lengthy that i could hardly solve 7–8 questions only. The scenario with physics and chemistry was even worse than this. But somehow I managed to solve 18 questions out of 90. As the exam ended all my enthusiasm fainted away and I was floating somewhere in the thoughts of my bad performance. I went home and cried for atleast an hour, I called my father and cried like a 3-year old child infront of him but some how he consoled and motivated me to study much harder and the day went by. The next day I came to know that I have scored approx. 47 or something. But i stopped worrying about it.

Then came the day of extreme happiness when i saw a message on my phone which stated that “congratulation, you AIR is 342 “. It was then when I realized that it was not my performance that ruined the paper it was actually the toughness level of paper due to which I scored low marks but still a rank of 342 among app. 20000 students. Another important thing that I understood is that the motive of this paper was to make us go through the thunder storms so that we can easily face the actual JEE questions.

MORAL:

Don’t judge yourself by your mark because WHAT MATTERS IS YOUR RANK AMONG ALL.

Try your best, because u don't need to be the best YOU JUST NEED TO BE BETTER THAN OTHERS.

P. S. My marks in JEE mains 17 were 225/360 which are highly contradictory to 47/360 and AIR was 4500/app. 1300000 and now i am here pursuing aerospace engineering at IITK.

Thank you.

I didn't prepare well because I thought it would be much easy and I just gave NEET-2023 🙂 , so I took that test very lightly and scored 592/720. Here u go…..

So it didn't go so well ,that I expected.

But I need to improve my marks in upcoming tests, coz 600 is not enough marks to get addmission in these years.🥲(cutoff is way too high).

Signing off…..

Thank u for reading my answer😉

Upvote in case u liked it……

I had purchased the Allen Online Major Test Series for checking the level of my preparedness for the NEET-2019 .

My scores in the seven of the mock tests which I wrote were -426,441,506,525,481,538,464.(538 being my highest score!!)

Though my scores in those mocks were not as great as I expected it to be but rather getting dejected by my marks,I tried to analyse the papers to the core level(I would spend almost about 4–5 hrs on an average in my analysis of each and every paper , which made me realize about how I could steathily escape from the honey trap which the examiner cleverly sets in and m

This made my mistakes to get impregnated on my mind and it didn't back off from reaping sweet fruits on the actual D-Day !)

Rather getting demoralised by your scores, try to learn from your mistakes and by the way, what matters for your selection is only your real NEET score ,so your scores in any of the mock tests cannot decide what your final outcome ultimately would be.

Firstly don't bother much about minor yes if you are not scoring 400 then it's really alarming but as for now less than 3 months left for NEET so you should first focus on your syllabus completion as soon as possible so that you can get enough time for revision as some topics need multiple revision like inorganic, some botany chapter etc.

Now coming to your answer if you are scoring less than 400 then your subject wise plan would be like this:—

Biology

Just read ncert no other coaching module even don't use your coaching notes only refer to it when you have to understand any process or any complex topic otherwise just read ncert. If you have made any ncert short notes then it's good learn it completely or not made it yet then use any flashcards or bio hack type material it really helps alot. I personally use to score very less in biology then i started this short notes or flashcard techniques it worked for me. If you haven't make any biology short notes yet then don't make it now as time is very less just go for any flashcards available.

Organic chemistry

Same as biology read ncert only and learn only ncert reaction just take a page and write all reaction at one place and learn as for now and for neet purpose don't bother much for mechanism just remember the product of reaction. During ncert reading carefully read and learn reasoning type questions it will come as mcq for eg. Why Aniline doesn't show FCR etc

Inorganic chemistry

Again this portion required a lot of learning so make it simple by when you read any inorganic chapter just note two things at one place first all reaction involved in that chapter and all the orders mentioned in that chapter these are VVI for neet.

Physical chem and Physics

Both require a lot of practice so solve as much question as you can an analyse the mistake during question practice again and in this you use any formula book and revise formula and notes question on regular basis. If you are not able to solve much question then at least solve PYQ and coaching notes question as these are important ones.

Lastly as in my opinion order you give your time Biology>chem>physics, as to improve score fast as biology carry more marks or easy scoring.

Best of luck for NEET 2022.

First major done. It was first test which I took seriously 😄. Actually the syllabus was vast so I have to revise all the things which took time. Scoring 657 (chahe jitna hi kar lo bahut achha ho hi nahi raha). Actually I didn't do question practice in bio that's why marks goes down.

Physics -166😑

Chemistry -160🙂

Botany -155😭

Zoology 176🙂

Question paper was moderate as usual allen type.

(bio is not very tricky just some questions were out of ncert, chemistry was easy ,I did some blunder mistakes , physics was moderate to tough like some questions were very easy but some are tricky )

Here is some mistakes of mine

(39). It happened with me many time I thought that v is proportional to n/Z.. actually Z/n.

(102) ..still doubt.

(106)… (Out of ncert) I didn't know the answer just guess that if it was anaphase promoting complex then it will work in metaphase 🤦

That's it…thank you 🍁

So finally the first answer request I got. Thank You for this.

The first minor test of Nurture Advance Phase was on 13th of January.

I scored 700/720 in this test. With the grace of Almighty I hope I do well in the upcoming tests too. Let's hope for it.

PS. Although I scored well enough, I think there were many equally capable (Or even more, especially students who studied at ALLEN in their previous classes too) and so this obviously is not a test to base one's abilities on.

I am actually good in Physics. Like I can solve books like DC pandey and BM Sarma . But, I don't know why yesterday's common test physics portion was so difficult for me. I took 2 hours and 8 minutes for physics. “Kuch questions me to mujhe hawa tak nhi lagi".

Final score: 669

Hii quoran 👐

For scoring 400+ in Allen major test you should invest more time in ncert chemistry and biology

because in Allen major tests they emphasize more on ncert .So you should revise your inorganic and organic ncert again and again and ncert biology need to be on your fingertips

A score of 500+ in major tests can be safe score so always try to improve your scores by intensive revisions and solving pyqs.

Hope it'll help you ✨

Thanks 😊

Ya, It's A Good Rank to get in Allen Common Test.

Now, I want to tell you 2 Things -

  1. Check Percentile, Not Rank - Number Of Students Giving That Test And From How Many Students You are ahead or behind matters. It will help you judge where you stand.
  2. Take the case of mine. I used to score pretty bad in Allen Tests. Like as far as I remember, I always used to get percentile between 60–75 in starting of my course. But through the end, I used to get around 70–90 percentile ( mostly around 80's ) . I used to perform good in JEE MAIN test but used to perform pretty bad in JEE ADVANCED test. I used to t

So Just Want to say that don't be so overconfident if you scoring very good in ALLEN TESTS and don't be demotivated if you are not scoring good in ALLEN TESTS.

ONLY THING THAT MATTERS IS THAT HOW GOOD YOU PERFORM ON THE DAY OF EXAMINATION. HOW MUCH YOU ARE CONFIDENT OF YOURSELF.

THANK YOU AND ALL THE BEST.

Dude I used to score 220–240 in Allen monthly tests. Now I have score of 185 in JEE 2018. I blame it on my negligence during last 7 days prior to exam. I had this misconception that if ‘I'm getting 220plus here then I easily bag 250 or more in actual JEE’. With this head weight I had stopped revising in the last moment. Now I regret it. Remember that story of hare and tortoise we'd read in kinder garden?

You yourself know how good is 300. I don't need to elaborate on it. But just make sure that pride doesn't take over you and build overconfidence. Stay motivated till the end. Push your limits.

So,if you can handle the pressure in the best way and don't let anything affect your paper then you can expect increase in your marks for sure…..

Also,I would like to say that do your best.. There's still so much time left. Solve as many questions as you can. Try to memorize all the formulas in physics (imp chapters) and physical chemistry. Read ncert for chemistry and bio….. You will definitely cross 400 in the next week test if you plan accordingly and execute it.

Hope this helps..all the best :)

If u r scoring in a range of 500–600 already then by little bit of hard work helps u to achieve 600+ marks in ur allen minor tests.. Try to analyze ur paper carefully after giving paper and write ur mistakes on a copy and try to not repeat in next paper. Try to avoid such questions in which u have a doubt that decrease ur negative marking. And be prepared for ur minors in a pattern wise. Try to cover up the minor syllabus from the first day that's why u have enough time to prepare all the topics

In that's way u can score easily 600+ marks

Wishing best luck and hope for ur best

The level of Allen DLP is tough as compared to NEET exam.

Marks in mock test doesn't define your actual score. I have seen many who couldn't cross 600 in mock but on actual day they score 660+ and some scoring constant 650+ in mocks but due to panic and anxiety they messed in actual exam.

Focus on your mistakes rather than on score but still if you are getting 550+ in Allen DLP it is good score. Slowly it will increase. My average score was 560–610 (just three times I scored 610+). My actual score in NEET - 656
