This scan shows the Lariat being scaled up to almost the speed of Light. So the Raikage is Light Speed or comes close to it.
The 3rd Raikage was said to be a lot faster and stronger than his son the 4th Raikage. The 3rd was said to be the “strongest Raikage to take over the mantle”(dub).
The 3rd Raikage was superior to his son in both strength and speed, making him faster than his sub-relativistic to relativistic+ son.
Here, we can see the 3rd Raikage using his One Finger Spear Stab, which is his strongest attack that even broke one of the eight tails’ horns.
Naruto dodged this attack while in Sage Mode, making his sage mode faster than a few percentages of the speed of light, Naruto became experienced in using the various capabilities of his forms throughout the war, therefore, Naruto became Relativistic+ to possibly FTL in KCM1 once he mastered it. (THIS IS JUST MY HYPOTHESIS, we see the mastered KCM1 form in the war since the episode Sasuke joined, some people like to call it KMC1.5 as there is the collar but not the cloak).
This is KCM1.5 or Mastered KCM.
Naruto was said to be faster than light in terms of reaction speed when he dodged the Shadow Style Lightning Fang.
These were the references to show that war arc Naruto is at the very least relativistic+ to SoL in combat speed and FTL in reaction speed.
There is also a feat in a Boruto Light Novel in which Adult Hokage Naruto dodges photon lasers in base!!
Therefore, Naruto as an adult in The Last was FTL in KCM1+SM ( I call it KCM1+SM as the sealing patterns on the chakra cloak are different than KCM2, and also there is no cape). Naruto in Boruto in base is FTL and in S06P FTL+ with Baryon Mode bringing an excessive increase in his speed making him FTL+ to MFTL.
There is another meta that I would like to use,
Here we see Guy explaining that Kakashi had cut lightning, in the anime we see this and it was a teen Kakashi that did it. So, teen Kakashi with his lightning blade(Raikiri) was a lightning timer.
Part 1 Kakashi as an adult should be much faster but I am gonna lowball him and say that he is still a lightning timer… Let us take this lowballed “meta” of mine to Shippuden as well.
So when Naruto gave everyone in the Shinobi Alliance at least 3 times the chakra of Kakashi
to over 25,000 shinobi, making Naruto just donating thousands (75,000) of times of Kakashi’s chakra and still having a ton of it left, makes him 24.79 times faster than light in just KCM2
Here’s how I calculated this speed feat,
-> On the first day of the war, there were 40,000 shinobi left.
-> Madara killed almost all of the shinobi in Gaara’s company.
-> Total shinobi left: 40,000- 10,000 = 30,000 or 40,000 - 15,000 = 25,000, I am gonna use 25,000.
Now the actual calc,
Speed of Lightning: Mach 289 ( vs battles use Mach 1294 but I am using a lesser calc’d speed of lightning)
Kakashi is a lightning timer, thus Kakashi = Mach 289
Naruto amps 25,000+ shinobi 3 times Kakashi’s chakra, basically amping the full army thrice its total number,
25,000 x 3 = 75,000
Naruto dodging the 4th Raikage in KCM1 also puts him at lightning speed(massively lowballed), therefore,
-> Mach 289 x 75,000 = Mach 2,16,75,000
-> SoL = Mach 8,74,030
-> Naruto’s speed = 2,16,75,000/8,74,030 = 24.79891994553963 times the SoL in KCM2(Sage Mode is said to be a 10x multiplier, ofc Naruto’s toad sage mode is a higher multiplier but taking only 10x increases Naruto’s speed to 247.98 times the SoL in KCM2+SM)
This meta can be used as the larger the amount of chakra shinobi can use the faster and stronger they are and their jutsu are. This is proved as in the Kakashi shinden novels it was stated that “Shinobi use chakra to go into battle mode”, and seeing as also the Raikage uses his v1 and v2 lightning cloaks to vastly increase his speed. This meta can be used but this also attracts a lot of haters so I don’t use it. Seththeprogrammer mentioned this meta in his Naruto vs the Espada video, so you guys can also check that.
