I worked at CFA during college. It’s the only fast food restaurant I enjoy. It truly is good food. The nuggets & sandwich are real chicken not some ground up concoction of leftover pieces.

All the chicken is hand breaded in the kitchen as needed. It’s then prepared in a pressure cooker.

The fries are cooked in the standard deep fryer. So yes, they are cooked separately.
