The short answer is no. Amazon does a background check and if it comes back with a felony they won’t offer you the position.
The exception is people that get amazon warehouse jobs through employment agencies can get hired…at least temporarily. They are “contract employees” known as white badges since they don’t have the blue ID badges that amazon hires have. The agencies either don’t care or don’t do as thorough a background check so felons can get through. The problem is that you can only be an agency employee for 1–2 years, when you either have to leave, or become a regular blue badge employee. At that point Amazon will do their own background check and you’ll not get offered a regular employee position.
