Steps to cook perfect chicken tikka at home

When it comes to the core chicken masala, you can either prepare one at home or buy it from a store. Bon Chicken Tikka Masala can make for a perfect tikka at home.

  • Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric, and chilly powder or BON ChickenTandoori Masala
  • Keep the chicken refrigerated for about 3 to 4 hours.
  • Prepare the chicken for the second marinate with yogurt and little more salt and keep aside for 30 more minutes.
  • Preheat the oven up to 200 Degree C.
  • Put the marinated chicken on the skewers. You can also bell peppers along the way as well as capsicum.
  • Take an oven tray and cover it with oven-friendly foil. Arrange the skewers in a tray. Grill for 10-12 minutes.
  • Rotate the skewers as and when required.
  • Increase the oven temperature to 420 Degrees F and broil the skewers for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly charred. Remove the tikka from the oven. Serve the tikka hot.
