The answer to traffic is this. Traffic is everywhere. So, there is no one source that is better than another. Whichever method or strategy you choose, be consistent. Too often, when marketers don’t see instant results, they think what they are doing is rubbish and move onto something else.
There are 2 types of traffic free and paid.
Paid strategies are going to be the fastest way for you to get traction. Some caution is in order here.
1. Don’t come into this thinking you will have instant success. You will need to spend some time working with it.
2. Don't spend money you can't afford to lose.
3. Don't think because you spend x that you immediately earn x. It may take some time before your ad becomes profitable.
Free strategies. With free strategies you want to take the perspective of a longer-term approach. Sources of free traffic include social media platforms, publishing content on forums, or any other medium in which you can connect with people interested in what you offer. Examples include YouTube, Facebook, Tik-Tok, blog posts, pod casts, etc.
Thou the 2 types are different methodologies; the application is the same in how you go about generating traffic.
1. you need to remain consistent.
2. Create content that targets your audience. The best content can be your own successes and failures.
3. Patience. It will take time before you start getting traction and seeing results.
For many, they don't work at any one strategy long enough to see any results. You cannot have a strategy or methodology work for some and not for others. This is a business in which you adapt to changes and build a new set of skills. So, the answer is there is no one better source of traffic. Pick what is comfortable for you and then work at it and learn all you can.
