I have quite a few.
My first dog, a Doberman, didn't know how to climb stairs. The first time he tried was when he was 7, he tripped so many times, it was the funniest thing to watch.
My 2nd dog, a Dalmation, is almost near human. He knows when we are talking about him. If it's good things we are talking about, he'll happily grin and listen. If he senses we are complaining about any behaviour, he'll yowl and howl in protest.
He actually blushes like a Lil girl when my dad's around. He knows he's not supposed to climb on beds, so he doesn't do it when my mom's around. The minute she leaves home or goes to sleep, he'll snuggle in with me.
Quite the cuddler.
He follows my mom around when she's cooking. Sandwich? Where's mine? Cookie? Melting-eyes mode on. No one can say no to him. He'll make loud crying noises which will make you guilty beyond words. The minute he knows you've finished your food, it's "Thank you very much for the titbits, I must go to bed now".
He hates it when we leave home, specially for vacations. Once, he actually pulled out my mom's train ticket from her bag and chewed it up to bits. My mom didn't know if she should be impressed or horrified.
He once killed a mouse and kindly brought it up to the bedside mat in my mom's room and looked up politely, as if he were asking, "What next?"
The most amusing thing he has ever done is befriend a couple of stray cats. He leaves part of his food for the cats to come in and finish. He won't let my mom shoo them away. He sits and waits for one if them to appear and finish off his milk. Once I tried to shoo it away with a stick, and instead of chasing the cat, my dog started chasing the flying stick.
My dog's besties.
Oh, and I don't have a good picture because he's so camera-shy.
And oh, I have a 3rd dog. He loves teasing my Dalmatian no end.
Till my Dalmatian decides he needs a lesson and kicks him away.
