I had a big ovarian cyst. My doctor was examining me, the ultrasound wand in me in one hand plus her other hand on by belly. She pushed with that hand slightly more than I expected and I felt a sudden burts of pain. And I smacked her hand. It was a reflex, I didn't mean to do that. I was horrified, but she laughed and said I wasn't the first one to do that.
