  • Set the right objectives: The first thing to do is to set the right goals for your ad campaign. The goals that align with your business goals and which are realistic and achievable.
  • Right placement of the ad: You might be doing all things right but not getting the results. The reason might be the placement of your Facebook ad. Set your goals, and choose the place for the ad accordingly.
  • Customize Your target audience: Targeting the right audience is the pivotal part of any ad campaign. These factors can be as follows:

Location – Choose the advertising location where you want to target your audience.

Age – See what age of people will resonate the most with your product or service.

Gender – Target the audience’s gender based on your product.

Language – Choose the language as per your target audience.

Interests – Look for what are the interests of your audience on Facebook.

Education – Education also is one of the important factors while targeting the audience.

  • Avoid the old Facebook 20% text rule: If you are a marketer and advertising on Facebook, you must be aware of the 20% ad text rule. There was a guideline that limited the use of texts in your ad image. We couldn’t use more than 20% text in Facebook ad images. But now, there is no longer a limit on using text that can exist in your ad image.
  • Retarget for abandoned checkouts: Many times, the customers go all through the checkout pages but do not complete the purchase process. If you have the data of these customers, retarget them with personalized ads and get them converted.
  • Run A/B Tests: To know what works best for you, A/B testing is key. Run two different ad copies on a similar theme or with a similar image to see which type engages the audience the most.
  • Check on your ad frequency: Though, there is no defined number of times the FB ads show on the user’s screen. You should not choose the frequency where the user gets bombarded with ads every day.
  • Choose the headline wisely: The headline is the most important part of any ad. If you are able to attract the viewer’s mind with the headline, your half job is done.
  • Choose the right type of ad: There are many types of Facebook ad formats available on Facebook. Choose the right type for promoting your brand.

Within the digital marketing universe, SEM positioning is one of the fundamental tools to improve the visibility of your website in an agile way.

Today, there are many options for advertising of this type and without a doubt, one of the most popular platforms in recent times is Facebook Ads.

And it is not for less, because the social network of Zuckerberg, according to Hootsuite, has about 2.500 million active users who can be impacted with Social Ads.

That is something that offers you a great opportunity for your digital business.

Do you want to know how to take advantage of it?

In this post, I am going to give you some basic practical recommendations to make advertising on Facebook Ads a much simpler and more effective task.

1. Make an appropriate segmentation

If you want to be successful with your advertising on Facebook Ads, the first and foremost thing is to accurately know your target audience.

Although it seems obvious to you, it is one of the keys to the success of your ads. Many campaigns fail because they have not previously defined the target audience.

Therefore, it is important that you carry out an exhaustive study of your buyer persona and, based on it, carry out the segmentation of your ads.

Taking into account some sociodemographic parameters, as well as likes and hobbies, can be very useful to choose the ideal audience from Facebook Ads and achieve the best results.

Age, sex, language, occupation and/or profession, geographical area, social networks in which you are active, general interests, pages you follow, and a long etcetera, are just some possibilities to filter your target and refine the aim.

2. Set yourself clear goals

Have you thought about what exactly you want your audience to do when they see your Facebook Ads?

This is essential.

Defining clear marketing objectives is vital to be able to assess the return on investment and therefore success.

Once you are clear, you can go to the ad panel of the social network and choose one of its options.

3. Use an Attractive Writing Style in Your Ads

Although we are talking about paid advertising, always think about " Inbound Marketing terms ".

What do I mean What do you have to try to attract, seduce, make the user you hit with your ad fall in love?

For example, if your audience is young, fresh, and adventurous, you can try using humor as a hook or even sarcasm. Be bold with your way of expressing yourself to empathize and attract their attention. Use expressions of yours without fear!

On the contrary, if you address a somewhat more serious audience or your sector requires maximum rigor, always opt for correction and kindness to connect with it. But don't overdo it either, the user is on Facebook in a relaxed moment, so use certain touches of freshness and closeness.

Despite the fact that in this case, you are the one who shoots an ad shot, it is about getting the user to be delighted to receive the impact because they consider your ad on Facebook Ads useful and attractive.

In short, cure it with each copy!

To do this, we return to the previous point: think carefully to whom you are directing your message, what interests you, how it is communicated, what words you use on your networks ...

And with that information, you can now start writing and creating audiovisual pieces that enhance your brand's message.

4. Choose Images to Match Your Brand

I think it is not necessary or necessary to tell you how far the importance of the visual reaches today.

The user receives a large number of advertising impacts on networks every day. So being original and creative is a must to stand out from the vastness.

Also, try to make all the images and videos harmonize with the style and objective of each advertising campaign. This will always give a little push to the level of persuasion.

Finally, always consider that the audiovisual material of your ads must be in tune with the look and feel of your brand.

5. Use Calls to Action on Facebook Ads

The platform gives you different alternatives to include your CTAs in your ad in order to motivate the user to carry out a specific action.

You can choose to put your call to action in the text itself, as part of your copy.

For example:

  • Download your ebook now!
  • Buy it now:
  • Subscribe for free!

Or you can put it in the form of a button with a clickable link. Believe me, this always helps conversion.

In addition, you can choose to combine both options but without being tiresome, using other expressions in text and button.

6. Do an A / B Test on Your Ads

This option that puts the Social Ads platform at your fingertips, is not turkey mucus.

It will allow you to check what works best and get a return on your investment.

Look! ☝ Imagine that you have some doubts about the best targeting for your Facebook Ads campaign. Don't worry!

You can use the A / B test and launch the same ad to two different audiences to see which one converts best and optimize your campaign based on it.

It may also be the case that what you want is to try a different ad element, such as the color of the main image.

In that case, you can launch two versions of your ad to the same segmentation for a reasonable time and then leave the best-working ad active.

7. Remember to Insert the Facebook Pixel on Your Website

If you haven't launched into the Facebook Ads world yet, the word “pixel” may sound Chinese to you.

Take it easy! I tell you a little what it is and what it is for:

The Facebook Ads pixel is a JavaScript code that allows you to collect information about the activity on your website and measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.

If you install it, you can track the behavior of those users who come to your website thanks to Facebook ads.

And thanks to the data collected by this code, you can:

  • Optimize campaigns and ads.
  • Create personalized audiences to hit the target. It's a good way to make sure you're targeting the type of audience with the highest conversion probability.
  • Retargeting by targeting an audience that has already interacted in some way with your website.

The latter is very interesting!

It allows you to create an audience, for example, with those users who add a specific product to the shopping cart on a certain date ... for days later, to be able to impact them with a new customized promotional campaign.

Think about it! Those users who have previously shown interest in your products can be very greedy to convert better.

8. Analyze Results and Optimize Your Campaigns

Something that can never be lacking in a good Facebook, Instagram Ads, or any other strategy is measurement and optimization.

Once your advertising campaign is launched, it is essential to monitor it, and based on the results:

  • Make changes to your ads if necessary. For example, what I told you about the A / B test, that after a reasonable time, stop the "losing ad" and direct your investment to the winning horse.
  • Collect information and learn valuable details about user behavior in relation to your services, products, or brand.
  • Prevent your expenses from skyrocketing. In this sense, it is important to keep a good track of the cost per action (interaction, reproduction, click)

Some conclusions ...

Well, you already have some good ideas to carry out a good campaign in Social Ads for your company.

Facebook is a very powerful tool to launch advertising campaigns, publicize your digital business, and get conversions.

However, getting the most out of it is not an easy task.

Take a look at some of the world’s wealthiest people. What do they have in common? Many invest in large private real estate deals. And here’s the thing: There’s no reason you can’t, too — for as little as $10.

An investment called the Fundrise Flagship Fund lets you get started in the world of real estate by giving you access to a low-cost, diversified portfolio of private real estate. The best part? You don’t have to be the landlord. The Flagship Fund does all the heavy lifting.

3. Ask This Company to Get a Big Chunk of Your Debt Forgiven

A company called National Debt Relief could convince your lenders to simply get rid of a big chunk of what you owe. No bankruptcy, no loans — you don’t even need to have good credit.

If you owe at least $10,000 in unsecured debt (credit card debt, personal loans, medical bills, etc.), National Debt Relief’s experts will build you a monthly payment plan. As your payments add up, they negotiate with your creditors to reduce the amount you owe. You then pay off the rest in a lump sum.

On average, you could become debt-free within 24 to 48 months. It takes less than a minute to sign up and see how much debt you could get rid of.

4. Stop Paying Your Credit Card Company

If you have credit card debt, you know. The anxiety, the interest rates, the fear you’re never going to escape… but a website called AmONE wants to help.

If you owe your credit card companies $100,000 or less, AmONE will match you with a low-interest loan you can use to pay off every single one of your balances.

The benefit? You’ll be left with one bill to pay each month. And because personal loans have lower interest rates (AmONE rates start at 6.40% APR), you’ll get out of debt that much faster.

It takes less than a minute and just 10 questions to see what loans you qualify for.

I once met a man who drove a modest Toyota Corolla, wore beat-up sneakers, and looked like he’d lived the same way for decades. But what really caught my attention was when he casually mentioned he was retired at 45 with more money than he could ever spend. I couldn’t help but ask, “How did you do it?”

He smiled and said, “The secret to saving money is knowing where to look for the waste—and car insurance is one of the easiest places to start.”

He then walked me through a few strategies that I’d never thought of before. Here’s what I learned:

1. Make insurance companies fight for your business

Most people just stick with the same insurer year after year, but that’s what the companies are counting on. This guy used tools like Coverage.com to compare rates every time his policy came up for renewal. It only took him a few minutes, and he said he’d saved hundreds each year by letting insurers compete for his business.

Click here to try Coverage.com and see how much you could save today.

2. Take advantage of safe driver programs

He mentioned that some companies reward good drivers with significant discounts. By signing up for a program that tracked his driving habits for just a month, he qualified for a lower rate. “It’s like a test where you already know the answers,” he joked.

You can find a list of insurance companies offering safe driver discounts here and start saving on your next policy.

3. Bundle your policies

He bundled his auto insurance with his home insurance and saved big. “Most companies will give you a discount if you combine your policies with them. It’s easy money,” he explained. If you haven’t bundled yet, ask your insurer what discounts they offer—or look for new ones that do.

4. Drop coverage you don’t need

He also emphasized reassessing coverage every year. If your car isn’t worth much anymore, it might be time to drop collision or comprehensive coverage. “You shouldn’t be paying more to insure the car than it’s worth,” he said.

5. Look for hidden fees or overpriced add-ons

One of his final tips was to avoid extras like roadside assistance, which can often be purchased elsewhere for less. “It’s those little fees you don’t think about that add up,” he warned.

The Secret? Stop Overpaying

The real “secret” isn’t about cutting corners—it’s about being proactive. Car insurance companies are counting on you to stay complacent, but with tools like Coverage.com and a little effort, you can make sure you’re only paying for what you need—and saving hundreds in the process.

1. Have a Clear Call-to-Action (CTA) in Every Ad

It sounds aggressive, but your ad MUST tell people what to do! Just saying "Hey, we're a great company" isn't going to do it. Use CTAs like:

Having a strong, clear CTA will greatly increase your conversions.

2. Get to The Point

There are a lot of ads that are just way too vague in their copy. Stuff like: “Our website will make your life easier! Click Like!” Most people will not click like. How exactly will your site make my life easier? And how much easier?

There are a lot of ads that are just way too vague in their copy. Stuff like: “Our website will make your life easier! Click Like!” Most people will not click like. How exactly will your site make my life easier? And how much easier?

You need to create a CTA that catches attention and also clarifies the value you offer. If the audience isn't interested in what you’re offering, then you won't click on the ad. And that's a good thing. Be direct in your copy and let people know exactly the value you're offering them.

3. Target Your Ads

Every ad you run should target a specific location and/or demographic -- one you want as your customers. Easy enough for a local business, but much more difficult for an international organization.

For international companies, identifying these targets can be a daunting task -- since so many Facebook users could be potential customers. The right strategy in this case is to first target certain countries -- for example, "rich, English-speaking" countries: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, NZ.

Then, target different demographics in those locations -- based on gender, age and interests.

For a local business, you'll want to do something similar -- you'll want to target by location first and then drill down by demographic.

Facebook ads work on a lot of common sense.

Let me quote some of my hacks—-

  1. Targeting properly - If you have a page of New York and you target America, the response will be very less but if you target just New York, you may get better outcomes. Hence, according to the page name/ photo and others, you must do proper targeting.

2. Audience must be decided if that page is men centric or women centric or both. If it is a something that men love, it should be targeted towards men, like the Facebook pages on cricket, if they are targeted to women, it will be very costly. Or if you target women beauty p

Or if you target women beauty pages to men, you will lose big time.

3. Constantly check the rate at which new like is increasing, if its cheap enough then its good, if its costly, try changing the cover pic and see how the rate increases or reduces.

4. Try the best recommended size for the page boosting, likes coming from mobile is cheap and its good and should be tried.

You will get better at it once you start discovering your audience and start working on it.

I will tell you about 3 biggest mistakes in e-commerce campaigns and how to solve it.

You probably have read many guides on how to run campaigns for your e-commerce store and I don’t want to take another hour or two of your time.

I sort these campaigns by the revenue they could generate. So if you want to start – start from the top one.

1. Remarketing campaigns

A visitor comes to your site, learn about your products but leave before purchasing. Remarketing campaign displays your ads on sites & apps they visit later, bringing them back and keeping your brand top-of-mind.

Why it’s important?

  • you have already paid for the acquisition
  • those people already know your brand
  • a little trust is build
  • could be ready for purchase but something occurred during checkout (abandoned checkout recovery)

How to set it up in Facebook Business Manager?

  1. Create a custom audience based on traffic or engagement
  2. Create a new campaign “catalog sales”
  3. Create a separated ad set for each stage of the funnel. Those are top 6 audiences where you can easily get extra sales.Visited website but didn’t purchaseView content (every page with Call To Action) but didn’t purchaseAdded to cart but didn’t purchaseEngaged with videosEngaged with InstagramEngaged with Facebook
  4. Use different copy based on the place of the funnel. Try to give good incentive (as a discount or free shipping) for people who added to cart but didn’t purchase.
  5. Test different creative – single image ads, carousel ads, video ads to see which creative works best for your business.
  6. Doing it this way you’re going to show products which visitors saw on your website.
  7. Pro tip: try to do this campaign with Traffic objective.

2. Prospecting campaigns

The goal of this campaign is to get new visitors to your website. You constantly need new people floating to your store – that's why you have to have prospecting campaigns in place

Why it’s important?

You know that the remarketing campaign is this campaign which makes you money. But you also know that you need a constant flow of new people to your website to have a remarketing bucket full of potential customers. There are many challenges you’re going to face doing prospecting campaigns. What type of campaign you should run, what type of objective do you want to promote, what about audiences, creative, copy? Let me help you with it.

How to set it up in Facebook Business Manager?

  1. Use Facebook Audience Insights to know your customers better. AI (Audience Insights) will show you who your customers are – they occupation, age, gender, websites they like.
  2. Create Lookalike audiences based on previous events like Purchase, add to cart, initiate checkout, content view (+ content view at least 2 times), top 25% time spent on the website)
  3. Create a new prospecting campaign. What type of objective should you select? Test it! Three main objectives to test: website conversion, traffic, catalog sales.
  4. Try to play with the manual bid to bully your competitors. If your average cost per event (like Purchase, landing page view etc) is 10$ – try with the double or triple amount (20 or 30$).
  5. Creative: start with something simple but don’t miss the video ads. Even simple slideshow video is better than no video.
  6. Copy: as above – start with something simple. You can always base copy on this article: 10 Best Copywriting Formulas.
  7. Plan experiment, write it down, run, analyze, optimize, test again. It might take you some time to find a good audience, creative & copy but when you’ll find it – scaling your Facebook Ads going to be much more effective.

3. Engagement campaigns

All ads in PPE (Post Per Engagement) campaign help me to find a good copy, good creative, good audiences and get good engagement on ads. How you can lower your cost of advertising it in a few simple steps? Let me show you.

Why it’s important?

The old and simple rules say: if you want to have cheap advertising – make your ads popular. But how to do it? You can either create viral videos or run a dedicated campaign to get engagement on ads. I like to call it “bucket of ads”.

How to set it up in Facebook Business Manager?

  1. Start a new campaign, as objective choose Post Per Engagement (PPE)
  2. Optimize for video views
In each ad set test three ads (one video, one single image, and one carousel).
  3. Each ad set it’s a new, individual audience.
  4. You don’t need a high budget – a few dollars a day are enough to determine if the audience is interested in your product.
  5. Put more money behind the audience with the highest number of clicks and engagement. Stop those which performs badly.
  6. Copy ID of the ad and put it in other campaigns – that’s how you can start the fresh campaign but with an ad which has good engagement.

Let us know in comments if this guide helped you to change your thinking about advertising on Facebook. It’s not a precise guide but an article which should help you to find a new perspective in advertising your store on Facebook.

The average cost of an ad in Google is 10-15 times higher than the Facebook ad cost. The average click-through price for a Facebook ad is $ 0.30. It is worth knowing that the budget spent on advertising in search engines depends on the level of competition.

2. High user activity on Facebook
Community administrators and users add a reasonably large amount of content, both high and low quality. All this contributes to the fact that people spend a lot of their free time on Facebook. According to statistics, the average is 30 minutes a day. The reality is that people spend a lot of time on Facebook. This has a positive effect on audience engagement.

3. Your Potential customers love Facebook
Every year, the number of users on Facebook is constantly growing. For example, 36.6% are between 25 and 34 years old, 23.5% are between 18 and 24 years old, and 19.1% are between 35 and 44. These are potential customers willing to pay for your services.

Facebook has many different settings for the targeted advertising feature that allow you to be more likely to show ads to your target audience. You can choose from more than 150 criteria.

5. Targeted advertising by behavior
You can choose your audience based on your behavioral preferences on Facebook.

6. Show ads to users who were previously interested in your business
This function is called remarketing. It is available everywhere, but Facebook has a broader functionality. You don't need to spend a lot of money to display this type of ad.

Facebook ads have advantages, but you can combine them with google ads. That's the best way to get the most out of both services and bring more traffic to your website. Google ads might be a better choice for some businesses. You should look into that before your start your ad campaign.

The 6 brand trends to improve your digital marketing strategies are:

1. Using user-generated content as a basis for promotions
Users create great content that can make a much better result than the content created by companies.

2. Taking advantage of Facebook and Instagram
Live VideoFacebook and Instagram Live Video has become one of the most popular ways to interact on social media among users, both on Instagram Live and on Facebook Live. Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn have also adopted the trend of live video.

3. Using influencers in ad campaigns
Influencers are becoming more and more visible. The results of their activity are being reflected in society, especially in Generation Z. Some of them have successfully created their own brands.

4. Direct sales in social networks
Sales via social media recorded a significant increase during the pandemic, and shoppable posts quickly became a must-have. Customers can easily click on the icon to purchase any product displayed on the Instagram feed. It will be directed to the online store or directly to billing. Either way, it's easy, accessible, and hassle-free.

5. Setting up (AI) chatbots for interaction with users
There is already an increase in the use of artificial intelligence. Companies are turning to easily customizable bot chats, especially in the customer support segment. According to studies, people prefer asking for support on Facebook rather than calling in for help.

6. Using "nostalgic" marketing to get good results
Marketing based on nostalgia for "good ol' days" makes customers more willing to spend money on new products.

Combining these trends should bring you great results in 2021. The pandemic has influenced the digital marketing world, too. You have to adapt to new strategies if you want to have a successful marketing campaign.

#6. Use ROAS (return on ad spend) as your main KPI. This will tell you if you’re profitable which is ultimately what you want.

Most of these apply to all eCommerce websites, not just Shopify sites, but usually, Shopify just makes everything easier!

It’s A good Question For All, Let me Tell You the Basic & Some Important Ad Hacks That You can Use :

  1. Create a magnetic advertisement headline

The headline is the most fundamental part of your Facebook ad. That's just what individuals read first when considering the ad. And it's exceptionally crucial that you secure your target market's focus from the first moment on.

A research study revealed that 70% of individuals just review the headline of a Facebook share before sharing it.

Did you click on it and found the technique? The headline is so essential that almost 46,000 people shared the article without reviewing the message (a latin filler used by developers to compute the ratio text/image in a web page) as well as observing that it was just a fake news.

It's no joke, tho, that the headline text could make a huge difference in the click-through price and also the cost-per-click of your Facebook advertisements.

2.Develop an Irresistible worth offer

The most effective way making someone register for a totally free trial product or purchase your item is to create an interesting worth deal. Promote something that people in fact want.

For instance, you could use an extended trial duration or produce a limited-time price cut offer. That's similar to a Facebook ad by The New york city Times

3. A/B examination your ad images

What if you have no concept which colors or layout aspects your target market likes? No concerns, there's a straightforward service to that: A/B screening.

You could check 10s of various ad variations by developing a fast Facebook Ads divided test. Below's an instance of the A/B examination photo variations we ran with a SaaS start-up Scoro

4. Use videos as opposed to pictures

Video clip advertisements are one of one of the most ignored possibilities in Facebook marketing.

A report by Kinetic Social showed that video advertisements have the lowest cost-per-click, with an ordinary CPC of $0.18.

5. Constantly add captions to video clip advertisements.

Inning accordance with Facebook, captioned video ads have a 12% higher typical view time compared to videos without inscription.

Picture you went to a meeting as well as all of a sudden, a loud video clip gets going on your phone. To stay clear of these type of circumstances, all the video advertisements on Facebook begin playing without an audio:.

Facebook has actually stated:

" In mobile-feed settings, people prefer having the option to decide into seem. When feed-based mobile video ads play noisally when individuals typically aren't anticipating it, 80% react adversely, both toward the platform and the marketer.".

6.Produce eye-catching touchdown web pages.

It happens all the time. Marketing professionals spend hrs on producing and also setting up their Facebook Ads campaigns. What they fail to remember to do is put as much effort into constructing the perfect landing page.

Obtaining individuals to click on your advertisements is only 20% of the success. After they have actually clicked on the "Find out more" or "Subscribe" switch, you have about 10 seconds to encourage them to remain on your touchdown web page and learn more concerning your item.

Throughout the very first 10 secs, the site visitor reviews whether your website is trustworthy, interesting, and also worth staying for longe.

7. Installing Facebook Pixel To Your Store.

It made use of to be a really long, sluggish, developer-required process to mount effective profits and site visitor monitoring on your site for Facebook Ads. With the new Facebook Pixel section of the shopify backend, it just takes 5 minutes to install your code. The 10 second version: Order your pixel ID (a string of number that makes your facebook pixel unique), add it to Shopify - and that's it. You are currently available to profits monitoring, site visitor monitoring, retargeting lists based on product customers, cart customers, and also checkout.

8. Retargeting.

The First Advertisements You Ought To Introduce: In my viewpoint the first ads any kind of shopify store should release on FB Ads is vibrant retargeting (also referred to as Dynamic Product Ads). Revealing site visitors the exact product they saw on your site in a FB Advertisement is effective. Fortunately, you're currently halfway via the established procedure after installing your pixel. The next thing you should do is mount your product feed - which, presume just what - can be carried out in 5 minutes.

CTR, or Click-Through Rate, is a critical metric for Facebook ads because it provides a clear indication of how effective your ad is in engaging the audience and driving them to take action. It is calculated by dividing the number of clicks an ad receives by the number of times the ad is shown (impressions), and is expressed as a percentage.

Here’s why CTR is important:

  1. Measures Engagement: A high CTR suggests that your ad is resonating with your audience. If users are clicking on your ad, it means they are interested in what you have to offer, whether it’s a product, service, or more information.
  2. Ad Relevance: Facebook uses CTR as an indicator of ad relevance. The platform wants to show ads that users find valuable and engaging. A low CTR may signal that your ad is not relevant to your target audience, and this could affect its reach and cost.
  3. Cost Efficiency: Facebook's ad auction system rewards ads with higher engagement. Ads with a higher CTR often cost less to run because Facebook views them as more relevant and will show them to more people for a lower price per click.
  4. Conversion Potential: While CTR itself does not directly measure sales or conversions, it is often a leading indicator of the likelihood that a user will take the desired action, such as making a purchase, signing up for a newsletter, or completing a registration. A higher CTR typically correlates with better conversion rates, assuming the landing page and offer align with the ad's message.
  5. Optimization: By monitoring CTR, advertisers can test different ad variations, such as headlines, images, and calls to action, to see what resonates most with their audience. A low CTR provides an opportunity to optimize the ad to improve performance.

In summary, CTR is crucial because it reflects how well your ad is performing in terms of engagement and relevance, impacts the cost-effectiveness of your campaigns, and helps optimize future ads to improve results.

It is difficult to stay up to date with the latest news in terms of FB advertising. There are many updates on a daily basis and it is fine not to keep up with it - you may have a lot on your plate already. You may lack time, or skills and knowledge - not everyone is a jack of all trades.

But this is why there are many marketing automation tools for you to use - and this is why you should consider using it for Facebook ads if you think they do not deliver as desired.

We’ve been using Adzooma for a while, and it works like a breeze. It helps us optimize some campaigns and automate our repetitive tasks, Adzooma suggests some changes in our campaigns so they can deliver better. You can constantly improve your performance - to the extent when your adverts can FINALLY deliver.

I’ve never been an Ad pro, but I knew a thing or two about ad campaigns. However, I was always lacking time to make amazing campaigns and somehow limited our services to creatives only - since we couldn’t dedicate enough time or efforts into effective campaigns.

Now it’s changed, which is great also for my company growth.

Give Adzooma a go, honestly. ;)

How often your ad is shown to the same person (on average). So, for example, if your frequency is at 1, that means that 100% of the time your ad is showing to different people (so you may cover a wider audience). However, if it is at 2 or 3, that means you are “bombarding” the same person multiple times with your ad.

Different approaches work differently for everyone - both of the above could be good tactics.

Frequency is crucial as it impacts ad recall and user engagement, but too high frequency can lead to ad fatigue. Aim for a balance to maximize impact without annoying your audience. Explore my Quora Profile for tips on managing ad frequency!

Facebook is perhaps the cheapest major advertising platform currently out there. For just a dollar a day, you can reach thousands of people with your ads.

  • Large audience

Facebook currently has well over 2 billion active users, well above the population of China.

  • highly specified targeting

With Facebook advertising, you can target to a highly specified audience based on location, demographics, interests, and behaviors all at once. You can also retarget and create lookalike audiences from current audience lists you’ve already established.

But by far, the most important reason of all is this.

  • The decline of organic reach on Facebook

Facebook has recently made changes to its newsfeed algorithm that prioritizes posts from a users friends and family and from news sources, these changes also drastically reduced the organic reach of brands, businesses, and pages. Over the past few years, the organic reach of Facebook pages has gotten lower and lower. Currently, it’s at less than 3 percent and it would be wise to assume that it will eventually reach zero. This means that if you want to continue to survive on Facebook, you’ll have no choice but to rely heavily on Facebook ads.

—————————————————————————————————————

The important thing to remember going forward is that Facebook still prioritizes high engagement ads. Here are a few additional tips to keep in mind when taking full advantage of your paid Facebook advertising.

  • Be selective about what you post

Rather than focusing on the quantity of your posts, focus on the quality. Facebook favors ads that deliver valuable content to their audience and harshly penalizes those that post spammy ads.

  • Target your ads to a specific audience

With each ad you create, you have the option of targetting it to a specific audience. Be sure to make the most of this option, matching each ad with exactly the right audience will ensure high engagement.

  • Consider posting videos and live streams

By a very high margin, videos and live streams are the content that generates the highest engagement on Facebook. Effectively utilizing both of these will go a very long way in helping compensate for your decline in organic reach.

2. They help you micro-target your intended audience

The targeting capabilities of Facebook are so amazing that it is unbelievable and this is especially so when you think of the granularity of the same. You can target audience based on key factors such as the following:

•interests
•behaviors
•demographics
•age ranges
•connections
•locations
•languages

It lets you target the fans of your competitors as well!

3. They help you create ads catering to your specific objective

The very platform of Facebook makes it so simple for you to create ads over there! This is because it guides you through the steps to let you select the type of ad you want, the audience you wish to target, and set a budget and a time-frame for them. Even more importantly, it helps you customize them based on your goals!

4. They help you reach more people than you would with organic posts

Facebook Ads provide you with greater returns on the investment that you make in them and if you know the ways to create and target them properly you can be sure that you will see returns that will make it worth every single penny you invest over here.

5. They let you re-market to people who have interacted with you already

Re-marketing is yet another way you can reach the audience you are targeting because it lets users, who have visited your page in the past, see your ad. When people see your ad more than once you have a higher chance of converting those people to buyers.

6. They let you get conversions and clicks for less money

However, you need proper targeting for this to happen! The CTR (click-through rate) of Facebook is increasing steadily and this is because its advertising tools are steadily improving. This is the reason why businesses are learning how to use ads the right way. Business owners can now target their intended audiences more effectively because of the consistent improvements in creativity and targeting capabilities.

7. They let you find new leads easily

Facebook has a feature named Lookalike Audiences that helps you attract people who are just like the ones that you have converted in the shortest time. With this feature, you can get a custom audience and use Facebook to find people who are similar to the ones who are likeliest to buy from you.

8. They let you add customized call-to-action buttons

On Facebook, most digital ads have a CTA (call-to-action) button that takes your audience to the destination you want them to head such as your website from where they can buy your products and services. This is effective because here you are telling people what they need to do and this increases the likelihood of them doing so.

9. People spend most of their time on social media

There is no way a business can ignore Facebook – the platform is that significant! This is why if you are a business you must have a page on the social media platform. Your current customers are already here and there is a high chance that your future customers are as well.

10. They let you scale your content promotion

Does your website have great content? Then you will want more people to know of it, right? The thing with Facebook Ads is that they help you amplify the reach of your content much more than what the constant updates you share on various social media platforms do. These ads help you reach more people than you would organically.

Apart from these factors, Facebook Ads encourage your customers to be more loyal to your brand. These days, so many businesses use their Facebook pages to make their followers feel like they are part of their community, and rightly so! These pages let you interact with them directly to build your brand image too!
