Indians eating anything and tolerating any behaviour just for the sake of taste buds.

Meet him. I guess most of you might know him.

He is a famous street food vendor from Kolkata. Also known as chhangani. His best-selling item is club kachori.

Famous food vloggers have created food vlogs about his famous club kachori.

Customers queue for hours to get his club kachori.
The spot in his shop where he sits to deliver his kachori is just above the gutter line.

The awful smell around his shop, combined with the leftover food that people toss away after eating, and the scent of the gutter, is unimaginable.

He earns lakhs of rupees every week, but he never bothered to improve the hygiene of his shop.

Do you know who's to blame for this?

Us Indians.

Don't you think if his customers start complaining about the hygiene in his shop and stop coming in, he'll be obliged to upgrade it?
But no, we just want cheap and tasty food, regardless of how unsanitary or unhealthy it is; if it tastes good, we Indians will eat it.

Peace and ♥️,

Ankit.
