Design a Monthly routine, a list of activities to be done every month-
Create a timetable and a daily and monthly routine for yourself.
- Visit and explore one new place, talk to one new person, and try one new cuisine.
- Visit or at least interact with one old friend or relative.
- Thirty hours dedicated to one field of passion without expectations.
- Weekly fun activities like a movie, joyride with friends, long drives.
- One book, one lac steps walked, interacting with at least five new people.

Write a routine for each day.
- Reading for an hour for intellect, knowledge, outlook, wisdom, and emotional intelligence.
- Family time- Discuss your day, their day, their issues, your issues, give solutions, show love and care and commit to stand by them
- Religion and spirituality: Visit a temple, chant mantras, read religious and spiritual texts, pick a topic of deep thought for the day, and think about it in your free time, so spiritual discussions with the right person.
- Waking and sleeping times must be fixed.
- One hour for exercise, yoga, pranayama, walking in the garden, meditation, and being mindful of the nature around you.
- 8–10 hours dedicated to karma- work, studies, or career, with little fifteen minutes relaxing breaks after every hour. Also, add an hour for improving your skillset.
- Music time, listening to calming music, walking in the society, observing life.
- Compulsory work that doesn't give any satisfaction.
- Show gratitude for whatever you have, learn from your day's mistakes, and feel good about what you have.
- Bathing, wearing clean and near clothes, dressing up, eating well, eating healthy food, and cleaning your wardrobe and surroundings.
- One hour for sports and hobbies.
