How can you find the skills you have, if not how can one posses skills:

• I started evaluating and exploring for skills during my job search.
• Firstly, read the job description and learn about the skills and knowledge he/she should have for a job.
• If you have job experience then you can improve the skills you posses also, learn new skills.
• I found lacking skills in the job role I want to be. Then started applying for “Internship” and developed knowledge also gained a lot of practical experience.
• Trust me, doing internships i.e where you can have practical work knowledge, if you are improving your skills through that type of internship, then you can crack your job as well.
• Searching for a good internship is also a task. Many of them do not teach the knowledge, but make us to do ineffective work. I have completed three internships, the 1st internship is of no use even though if I did from a established organization. But my 3rd internship from “JOBDAE” is very effective in giving me valuable practical knowledge and good experience.
• When you want to start your career, check for the options and ways to adhere to the position you want to be in. I can say internships are the best way to choose the path and exposure you want to be in.

Above mentioned skills are the one’s when you know, where you want to be in your career. Now let’s see some of the skills everyone should posses before starting their career (from any field)-
