I occasionally ran across a super wealthy person as a customer and found that their wealth does not give you a clue as to how they live behind closed doors. Ex. One wealthy well known lawyer bought the cheapest kitchen floor available. I always did the wealthy installs my self as opposed to sending a crew. Upon entering the kitchen I realized that the existing floor was old fashioned 9 inch square rubber tiles. Very old. Most of them were cupped due to their dog relieving himself on them. So there was my customer in shirt and tie, coat draped over the back of his kitchen chair, sitting among flooring tiles warped and filled with dog pee as he quietly ate his breakfast.
