First off, let me talk about GiH Godzilla:
First off, the situation of GiH is confusing. Of course, it’s debatable if he’s multiversal or not. Either one doesn’t matter, because he does have universal durability. I’m getting tired of what people say about God Mountain.
I’m getting tired of people saying, he just generates wind. That’s pretty much it. No it’s more complex than that, no he isn’t featless. He does have impressive feats, he created a universe.
Not to mention Buster Moody is the actually creator of God Mountain and he states the same thing.
Even if we don’t include this, he still created a universe. Period, case close, I know Enrico said he was featless, but according to the bio, he really isn’t. Maybe not having a lot of feats, however being able to be part of that universe is a feat imo. So Godzilla tanked his wind from a universal being. It merely pushed him back, but I don’t think it was meant to hurt Godzilla anyways.
Godzilla basically survived falling from Heaven to Hell. And of course you know what happens. We don’t know how powerful the God Demon is, it’s up to us, both story wise, he should be at least comparable to God Mountain, maybe higher. Since God Mountain, did want Godzilla to defeat him.
Really doesn’t matter, so he can be anywhere from universal to multiversal+, after he absorbs the energy from Heaven, if you want to argue that. But yes there are other Godzillas that are universal and even higher than multiversal+.
Godzilla Earth can potentially be universal due to the fact he’s comparable to King Ghidorah, who has been stated that he will devour everything in the universe.
Monster Strike Godzilla is around star level in his base form. However, this form and Burning Godzilla are universal+, being able to destroy a universe.
47 Heroines Godzilla is also universal+ due to the fact that King Ghidorah is comparable to Godzilla and has been stated that he will destroy their world, their world meaning a universe. Nothing much to say.
We have Dragon Quest Godzilla, who is low multiversal because he’s stronger than a being who can merge two universes together. And he also has a burning form as well.
SRW Godzilla is arguably the most powerful incarnation to date. Defeated mechas comparable to STTGL, or TTGL, either one he absorbed an entire multiverse, like an infinite multiverse in his battle against Granzebomba, a mecha piloted by Anti-Spiral. So to answer this question, no GiH Godzilla isn’t the only universal Godzilla.
