I lived in an area of South Carolina, US, where a lot of movies were filmed. I worked in a restaurant/bar that was a place where the stars would often come to eat. I met quite a few stars that way, but the one that stood out to me was Demi Moore. The company decided to have their wrap party at our bar after filming “ GI Jane”. I was bartending the event We had a young man who bused tables at the restaurant who came over to sneak a peek at Demi. He asked me if I would ask her to wave at him. Instead of just waving, she went over and gave him a hug. She absolutely made his night. It was such a sweet thing to do, and certainly one she didn’t have to do.
