Bringing dogs to restaurants.
I find it very disrespectful and offensive.
Dogs’ fur tends to be smelly. What about hygiene? What if somebody is allergic?
Look, I love pets. I own ten outdoor cats. I just don't take them to restaurants and force people to eat next to them. Seriously… what the hell is that??? I can't be the only one who is bothered about it!
Dogs don't even know what a restaurant is, they probably hate having to stay there too… You're NOT giving them a favor!
I remember one time I was in a pub and the music was so loud that even I was bothered. There was a dog under a table trying to hide himself, and his eyes were clearly telling me he was suffering. The music was too noisy for a human, let alone a dog. When I saw the owner, I politely told him something like: “isn't the music too loud for your dog?” the answer was: “Eh. But we aren't going to stay here for so long anyway". The moron was there for more than a hour after telling me he was about to leave.
Honestly, you don't have to take your dog in Any. Fuckin’. Place. you go!
When I was a kid, my family owned a dog, and I remember we used to take him for long walks through the fields, let him run and jump… Isn't it a more appropriate place for a dog or it just isn't fashionable enough for some people?
I don't find those poor miserable dogs at restaurants “cute”, I feel bad for them and I find such behaviour offensive.
