Usually the first question is to introduce yourself. Keep the answer short and crisp. Do not repeat your CV lamely, tell them something that is not mentioned in your CV and you want the interviewers to talk about.

In a technical interview, more often than not you will be asked about your projects. You should be able to describe your project nicely to them along with the concepts used. If you have the project on your github profile, ask them to check it out once.

Some interviewers also ask Why you want to join their company. Keep this answer ready and substantiate it with the recent works or development of the company.

You will be asked about your stance to relocation and working night shifts.

Some interviewers love asking puzzles.

In the end, you will be asked if you have a question for them. Do ask a question. This is your chance to show that you have done your homework about the company.
