Well, technically Delta-8 THC was never illegal because it’s not found in the cannabis plant (which is illegal) but in the hemp plant (which is legal). It’s just in such small quantities that it takes a LOT of hemp to get even a little Delta-8 THC.

So, even though Delta-8 isn’t illegal, it will still show positive for THC and you will be fired for having it in your system.
