This happened while I was traveling back from Bhuj to Delhi. The train departed from the station at around 5pm. We had sleeper tickets and one 3 tier AC seat for my grandfather and the rest of us travelled in the sleeper bogey. A nearly 60 year old person came to us with her daughter and a child. They requested us to make space for them. We agreed and we offered the lower berth to them and told them we will adjust in the middle and upper bogey (we were 3) and it was around the new year so it was going to get cold in the night. We had some issues but we made it past the night. It was around 5.30 that they told us you can sit on the lower berth.I was about to get the middle berth down but then a girl(20ish) came and without even telling us leaned over the middle berth.We thought she maybe very tired so we let her sleep for sometime but then after sometime she undid the middle birth and sat on the lower berth whilst my cousin and me were out of seat. I told her that this seat belongs to me and we can't adjust since there are already people with whom we are sharing this seat. She literally told me to find another seat and I was like how can she say this. I again tried to plead with her just cause I thought she may have been in the mid sleep zone but she didn't even reply this time. I warned her that the TT might come in a few minutes and she will have to leave the seat to which she replied I don't care and she doesn't fear him.I tried my level best to explain her with some harsh words but all my efforts went in wain. Then the TT came and he told her to go sit in the general compartment and she ordered him by telling him to go away and look for man defaulters and people should be gentle with young girls . The girl didn't even have a sleeper ticket let alone reserved. She acted as if she had the right over that seat.I requested her but she didn't move at all. Then I stood for around 3 hours and then she got out of the train and then both me and my cousin could seat.

Weird experience !
