If for only a second, you stop staring at what we both know you're staring at, you'll notice that there's something strange about Megan Fox's thumb in that picture.

Megan was born with a congenital condition called brachydactyly type D (say that ten times) which causes her thumbs to be shorter than the average ones.

She never shied away from talking about them, as she knows the internet is fascinated by them, and she told Jay Leno in 2012:

What is weird to me is, I was talking to my mom, and she was like, ‘Oh, I ate tuna every day when I was pregnant with you'. I was wondering if that was what happened to my thumbs. They’re weird, and they’re really fat, and there’s like a weird knuckle.
