There are a number of ways and it really depends on the victims abilities. For someone who is simply weak, can follow directions, and is not injured. You’ll need at least one chair or something for them to sit on and also something for them to prop their arms on to push with. Another item that may be helpful is a small pillow or folded bath towel for them to kneel on. it’s a step by step process but simple to follow
