Did you find Vivien Leigh's performance convincing as a southerner on Gone with the Wind?

I come from a long line of Southerners, who have been in the US since the 1700s. I found that everything about ‘Gone With the Wind’ was convincing and almost historically correct, except for Scarlett O’Hara.

The worst thing an actor can do is to fake a Southern accent. It just never comes out just right.
