Conduct disorder is a diagnosis of a teen or younger where the following behaviors are exhibited; running away from home (unless being abused), stealing, serious violations of rules and laws, drug use and violating the rights of others. Reactive attachment disorder is where a child does not bond with anyone as a very young child. This leads to a long time of not trusting others and not being able to make friends. I used to use the analogy of a puppy that was kept in a puppy mill and was never loved or interacted with by humans. That dog will have a difficult time becoming a loving companion/pet because of the lack of interaction/stimulation it needed early in its life. You did not ask this but I will also state that many of the children with reactive attachment disorder can become antisocial but not all of them do so.
