There are many things that come to mind when the word China is mentioned. They are: crowds, the Great Wall, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Kung fu, FOOD, history, traditions, VPN (-_-). That was before I moved to China.

Now that I’ve lived there for close to three years, if China is mentioned again, first things that come to my mind are: The Bund, xiaolongbao, dumplings, hot pot, Beijing Duck. Once again, FOOD!!!
