What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Its good until you start facing an issue with your router of the red light blinking. I am sitting here writing this review because I am helpless as I am without internet for the past 4 days thanks to this shitty jio. I have been calling for the fixing of the router and some engineers came also 2 days before and after 2 hours of trying to fix, all they said is this cannot be done today. Kept waiting for the whole day and whole day but to no avail. and still people are not coming and keeping on saying that it's not in their hands and everything is alloted from their office and stuff.

Jio has nice plans but what about customer care and where the hell do we reach when we problems with the setup box and stuff? What do we do? They are busy mass scaling but haven't fixed these basic isssues. What a FRUSTRATING ISSUE IT HAS BEEN MY GOD. ENTIRELY FRUSTRATED AND INFURIATED.

WORST COMPANY EVER.
