That's something that is quite subjective. If you have a good qualification and grade card, then it won't be difficult for you to find a job in your field. However, if you do not possess the required skill or education, you might have to pick menial jobs.
Another factor to consider here is where are you applying. For example, if you apply for a nursing position in Nova Scotia and this particular job is not in demand within their economy, it wouldn't matter much of how much experience you have earned or how good your credentials are. Looking for the right job opportunity at the right place can very much turn in your favor.
I'd say you should research well before applying anywhere in Canada. This can tremendously improve your chances of landing a good opportunity.
