I am an expert in demonology, been possessed by demons of all rank and have lived in homes with a demonic haunting. As a Minor Prophet of the LORD God, I have chosen demonology to be my subject of expertise.

Demons are their own unique race of entities and hence cannot be born as anything else. The same is true for humans and why would humans be born into a race of mutated and corrupted entities that torment other sentient races? It would be awful to be a demon.

A human being be born demonically possessed. If the child's mother becomes possessed while pregnant, the demon will drain the lifeforce of the unborn child as well, because the demon sees the child as a part of the whole person. If the mother gives birth before the demon can kill her, another demon will be dispatched to possess the child and complete the task. Even if the mother did not intend for her child to be possessed, the demon will drain both of their life forces combined.
