Question –
Is information made of energy or energy is made of information, which one is fundamental? (Correct me If I am wrong, information cannot exist without energy and space. Does quantum information needs energy to exist, can both exist independently?)
Answer –
Information is the cause; energy is its result.
Energy is set into motion by the impact which information has upon pre-existent matter.
Both energy and information coexist.
Information merely needs the void of space to exist yet is not appreciated /as energy/ unless there is some matter available to give us a dielectric polarization along with an electromagnetic reactance.
So, neither information nor energy is more fundamental than the other. Both are dual manifestations of a mutual codependency which each has upon the other for existential reality to be capable of definition.
There never was a time when matter did not exist. It will always coexist with space since matter, like energy, can neither be created nor destroyed. Yet, matter and energy can /and do/ contract or expand since merely a shift in perspective is required to affect this alteration of the quantity and type of matter and energy.
Matter gives to space the multiplicity which we have come to expect of existence. Without matter, space would merely be a singularity. Matter gives us perspective and, hence, relativity.
Without relativity, physics is dead. But… Not to worry. Physics won’t die since matter will never entirely disappear. Nor will matter entirely fill all of space leaving no void in space. There will always be voids in space along with non-voidal matter since matter is not an existential entity so much as it is an illusory reference point by which to navigate around within the emptiness of space within a context of time.
A more holistic appreciation of so-called: “matter” is to say that...
The whole of material existence is a coexistent bifurcation of time into two optional realities of forwards versus backwards time.
What we call matter is forwards time.
What we call anti-matter is backwards time and, hence, whatever can be said of matter can also be said of entropy since /ultimately/ energy is a misdiagnosis of reality. Only entropy and its opposite of negentropy exist. What we conventionally consider to be “energy” is the cost arising from the application of a forward direction of time bringing us a cost of energy /known as: entropy/ versus a backward direction of time bringing about a benefit of energy which can be spent /if it is real power/ or retained /if it is reactive power/.
The recharging of a DC battery is a typical example of this premise.
We discharge a battery. This is merely one-half of an oscillating cycle: its discharge-half-cycle.
We recharge a rechargeable battery. This is the alternative half of an oscillating cycle in which we send energy back into the battery in reverse direction to it having been spent. Hence…
It can be said of the reversal of time that we may use the polarity of voltage as a reference for determining the polarity of current. If current is opposed to the polarity of its associated voltage, then current and time are traveling backward. But, if current is not opposed to the polarity of its associated voltage /i.e., failing to use an exact opposition of 180 degrees of phase separation between them/, then current is traveling forward in time.
Matter may shrink. Matter may expand. But that is a trifle. What matters is that matter is eternal just as space is eternal.
Besides perspective, matter ensures change while space cannot ensure change since the job-description of space is to guarantee non-change. Space is the absolute frame of reference which Michelson and Morley sought. It has already existed within the domain of empty space.
As a consequence of this non-changing reality of space, inertia is imparted to matter creating a hesitancy for material change to occur. And if /and when/ it succeeds at occurring, a time-delay is imparted upon the changing states of energized matter.
Inertia is an indication that, ultimately, matter /and energy/ are illusory mirages of the shadows which space casts upon our perception of reality, because a time-delay would never occur upon an “a priori” existential reality. Only tardy, late-comers – who are subject to a delay in time, are a mirage. Everything else is real if it is simultaneous, because ultimate reality /i.e., the empty void of space/ is without any distinction in time and without any distinction of change.
But since matter and space are both eternal, it can be said of illusory matter that this illusion is just as fundamental as is space since without this illusion, space could not be appreciated.
Getting back to information versus energy…
This is why capacitances dictate whether or not “free energy” will manifest since they orchestrate the necessary information which they pass to inductances wherein the so-called free energy /reversal of time/ will become apparent. Back EMF /within inductances/ is a mere hint of the potential for time to reverse itself /within inductances/ and for waves to negentropically reverse /damp/ themselves since they appear to be traveling backwards in time from our perspective while simultaneously traveling forwards in time from their own perspective.
Hence, the Conservation of Energy is always upheld whether or not it looks that way from our perspective since time always moves forward from the point-of-view of energy.
Capacitances need not be restricted to self-capacitances. Capacitances also exist within mutual capacitances. And mutual capacitances can become more apparent by instigating a ridiculously low level of mutual inductance /among a plurality of self-inductances/ of the order of, let’s say: 0.001% of magnetic coupling of a mutual inductance /for example/. This extremely low level of mutual inductance is capable of initiating a correspondingly elevated mutual capacitance which was already inherent within mutual inductance yet may not have been apparent whenever a satisfactory mutual inductance is sought, let’s say: at a conventional value of 50% or more of magnetic coupling.
Hence, this technique for providing capacitance within a circuit — without recourse to the use of capacitors or condensers, is analogous to how to instigate free energy within a circuit by starving the circuit of energy yet provide that circuit with energy just the same. In other words, failing to give a free energy circuit any energy is as bad as is giving it a satisfactory level of energy if free energy is being sought.
Thus, free energy is predicated upon using an energetic prime-mover as a mere catalyst instead of the conventional use of a prime-mover as the sole source for the energy of a circuit.

A starving man won't know that he is starving unless he is given a paltry amount of food rather than a satisfactory amount of food. Because: after several days of starvation, the memory of whatever constitutes a “satisfactory quantity of food” will be forgotten and replaced by a criterion in which “any quantity of food will be better than a continuation of no quantity of food”.
This is called: an improved utilization of food which is well-known among long-distance runners.

It's not the quantity of energy which we feed our circuits which is of any relevance. It is their efficiency at utilizing whatever quantity of energy is readily available to them within their surrounding environment which matters if we build “intelligent” circuits which are capable of expanding their ridiculously low-level of energy-input to whatever level of output is desired merely by the manipulation of time plus a few measures of conserving against the loss of the retention of reactive power at a rate which is greater than its rate of conversion into real power /followed by its consequential and subsequent loss/.
