Chicken Kabab Ingredients
- Salt
- Red chilli
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Fennel seeds
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Turmeric
- Green cardamom
- 1 cup Water
- 1tsp Ginger, finely chopped
- 2 Green chilies
- 2 Garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves, Chopped
- 2 Egg
- Or add BON chicken kebab powder which has above spice ingredients
Recipes for chicken kabab
- Cut 1 ½ kg chicken into medium sized pieces after washing it
- You can also choose boneless chicken
- In a bowl of chicken add 20gm ginger garlic paste.
- Add 2 eggs and 100g BON Chicken 65/Kabab Masala.
- Mix these well so not to leave any kind of lumps
- Once the paste is lumpy free apply it to the chicken and marinate it for 60 min
- Deep fry the chicken with medium heat until it's cooked completely
- Once the golden brown color is seen it’s cooked
- Now serve this with coriander leaves, mint leaves on top and green chutney and onion rings along with it
