- 1 cup of cashew nuts should be added to a small jar of a mixer grinder to create a fine powder.
- Add 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 cup sugar to a pan and then let it boil on medium heat.
- Heat syrup until it begins to become thick and sticky. Wait until the syrup has the consistency of a single string, then stop cooking it since the kaju katli will continue to harden if you continue.
- Add 1/4 tsp. of cardamom and cashew nut powder while maintaining a moderate flame and stir continuously.
- It takes about 5-7 minutes for the mixture to thicken and form a substantial single lump.
- After extinguishing the flame, give it three to four minutes to cool.
- Put the kaju katli on a platter that has been coated with ghee.
- Use a rolling pin to spread it out into a sphere.
- Cut it into diamond-shaped pieces with a knife. Cool it and Serve It.
