First up, Damini Mahajan mam thankyou for for efforts for helping students get their queries resolved and making every student your priority. In my case my executive was transferred to some other department n I wasn't knowing to whom I could speak but damini mam personally helped me guiding throughout. These are such situations that makesa huge difference, as such actions makes you feel supported. Now miss samrim is taking care of my post sanction process and she makes sure that i understand each step as we students are not really aware of the terminologies as to how, when etc. Miss samrin is really good at explaining n she also speaks to the bank executive on my behalf to get the things done asap so a big thanks to her.
