Angry is an emotional out break and one express it in the form of their anger. There are many reasons for activation of the anger.
When one become angry then he / she firstly they are out of their mind control and so it is not possible for a person to be angry and there by think of reciting a mantra to control it.
Mantra can be recited in a healthy mind condition and not during panic or frustrated or angry condition. Its because one can not concentrate on the mantra well which is the main focus in reciting a mantra.
Instead, when on gets angry then they can focus on a simple way of meditation by counting backward from 1000 to 0. And then understand the root cause of the anger and how would it benefit one if he / she becomes angry.
If one does not find any answer then they should understand that their reaction was not correct and it was waste of energy, time and effects the mood and health of a person which they should not repeat it again.
Giving auto suggestion to own-self and this is the mantra to have control over anger. Be very honest and talk to your own self and try understanding thing with logic and reasoning and not by heart. Be reason full and use logic for better understanding and donot forget the biggest mistake that one make is “I AM ALWAYS RIGHT”
IN A VERY SHORT AND SIMPLE WORD, SELF-REALIZATION IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT AND IT WILL PLAY AS A GREAT REMEDY.
PROBLEMS ARE LIKE SHADOWS OF OUR OWN-SELF AND ONE CANNOT SEPARATE IT AND THIS IS THE NAKED TRUTH.
But one’s understanding about the situation can change the whole gamete of the problem.
It no more remains as a problem but get converted into a task or challenges that one need to PERFORM TO WIN ONLY.
Every person born in this earth has to face problems and will face problems and so one can not wipe it off from their life.
See challenges like dust on the floor of your home. Take a broom and swipe it out. One do not change their home for the dust on their floor and they very well know that there will be dust every now and then and so they keep themselves equipped with dusters, broom, wet duster etc to swipe it off.
In the same way one need to keep themselves ready with his life management ideas to swipe of their problems of life.
Being a writer, even I had problems in my life and I did not step back like a coward as I know that it will not solve the problems automatically, rather I faced it with like a brave ( with little fear in heart, I m a human being ha ha ha . . . honestly ) and took it as challenge and fought it. AND I FOUGHT IT TO WIN.
I remember when I started my career I was working in shifts in a company and during rainy season night shift I felt like crying to go out in rain and get wet at night to reach my company.
But after I come out of my home on the street, with in minutes I use to start enjoying the rain and never feel sad nor feel like crying. On the contradictory I felt that I was wrong in understanding the fun / enjoyment of the rain when I was at home.
So, this small kind of auto suggestion or self-talking helped me a lot in taking up challenges / problems of my life. And so, you also, CAN.
A PROBLEM IS A PROBLEM AND WILL REMAIN AS A PROBLEM UNLESS WE TRY TO GIVE IT A TRY AND IT IS AS A CHALLENGE AND FIGHT IT TO WIN.
