In UPSC/IAS preparations, completion of syllabus is not the one main factor that should be considered while going for a coaching .

More than syllabus completion, constant guidance and mentorship plays a big role. Sadly most of the big coaching, their prime focus is syllabus completion. After that they are hardly concerned as they have already taken a huge chunk of money as fees from us.

Therefore it is always better to join coaching which is led by the mentor himself. I had joined Analytics IAS Academy classes, which is led by Pankaj Sir and I am highly satisfied with the kind of guidance and mentorship that was provided.

I strongly feel that we should not waste money by going for big names, but rather we must look for mentorship programs and courses which specializes in overall attention not just syllabus completion.
