I am sure there are a lot of worse hotel than this, but this one is the worst hotel that I have spent the nights on. I was stranded in a small island in Maluku, Indonesia four years ago and finally ended up in this hotel.
I have no choice since there might be nothing else.
- Sleeping on that bed is like sleeping in a coffin, very limited space with a cover that seems has not been washed for two decades. I have to cover the whole bed with towels before I sleep on it.
- The room is very narrow and the window has no cover except a blue blind, causing maybe hundreds of mosquito entering my room at night.
- No air conditioner and no fan. And of course it was super hot inside.
- The lamp was often flickered and turned off by itself. I am more frustrated than spooked anyway.
- At night there were sailors making lots of noise outside and prostitutes were roaming the alleyways.
Well, but since I was in a small island, what can I expect? five-star Hilton?
