Years ago, I worked at a strip club. One evening, my boss came into the dressing room and informed us that the studio had called looking for girls who wanted to be on the show.

At first I didn’t believe him, then he explained that they often called a few times a year.

One of the girls said she wanted to, so she got on the phone with a producer and they were asking her questions about being in a love triangle.

This girl wasn’t in a love triangle, but she knew a few willing participants. The show pretty much told her what they were looking for, and they didn’t really care if it was legit. Just as long as someone could fit the bill.

They probably call strip clubs because they know that it’s filled with mostly dramatic beautiful women who are also exhibitionists.

So to answer your question. It isn’t necessarily scripted, but it’s definitely manipulated. And I do believe that there are probably a few stories that are genuine. But those are the trashiest ones.
