Another one, that I highly recommend if you prefer video courses is The Complete Ruby on Rails Developer Course | Udemy by Mashrur Hossain.

Very nice course.

And if you prefer Rails API + Angular (Microservice approach), then Angular 2 + Rails 5 Bootcamp | Udemy by Jordan Hudgens is the way to go.

As for Ruby itself, the Pickaxe book is the Bible of Ruby.

After that, my recommendation is to follow sites such as GoRails - Learn Ruby on Rails with screencasts for Web Developers - GoRails by Chris Oliver and RubyTapas by Avdi Grimm. They will help you stay in shape ;)
