It depends on your definition of valuable.

For someone young in their career, short on experience and a desire to show prospective employees they have a working understanding of inbound marketing and HubSpot, id say they're extremely valuable.

For someone with a lot more experience trying to land a job with a marketing agency or company that uses hubspot or the inbound methodology extensively, is say it's better than not to have one.

If you do t fall into either of those categories, and you have the time to get one. It couldn't hurt, but don't expect it to hold the same value as relevant on the job experience implementing the inbound methodology or using the software to accomplish measurable goals.
