I live in a small town in Denmark (Falster) really far from Copenhagen (capital) and here is how it usually works where I live.
For teens/kids:
Get up and get ready for school or kindergarten or whatever. Very few mothers are stay at home moms for longer than necessary, so it’s normal that the kid is in an institution for kids from a pretty young age.
Be in school/institution. (In school, the average Dane have the subjects: Geography, biology and fysics (all as one,) English, Danish, maths, PE (which for about half of the semester for two years becomes swimming,) German, french or Spanish, history, religion and social studies. When you are done with the “folkschool” which is the kind of school every kid takes, you get to choose what to do afterwards, and you of course no longer has the same classes as everyone else.
After school, if your parents are not there to pick you up, most schools has a “SFO” (school freetime scheme) which is a place where you can be with your friends with adult supervision until your parents show up.
Get picked up by your parents/take the bus/ride your bike home. It is normal for kids to bike alone if they don’t live too far away. I rode my bike alone everyday 2 km each way since I was about 6 or 7.
At home, play/do homework or something, hang out with friends, and then get ready for sport/something else. Basically every kid/teen does something/multiple things after school. In my live, I have for example done: Soccer (aka football), scout, dancing, singing and gymnastics. Maybe if you’re a teen you go to work.
Get home from that, and eat at about 6.
Watch tv and perhaps eat some snacks before bedtime, and then do it all again the next day.
On weekends most kids go to soccer games, gymnastics competitions and so on. Or they have play dates with friends. Most teens hang out with friends, also do sports and stuff, and sometimes go to parties.
Adult:
Get up in the morning, and put on clothes. Compared to where you work, the outfit can be different, but most workplaces are not very strict with what you wear.
Take your kid to kindergarten/school/etc or if they get there themselves, say goodbye and go to work.
Work times differ, but most of my friends got picked up from kindergarten or SFO at about 4.
Make sure that your kid goes to sports, or whatever they do, go groceryshopping, do housework or whatever. A lot of adults in Denmark also do some kind of sport/activity in their freetime.
Watch some tv before bed.
Do it all again.
