They make it out to be that the instructor teaches a few students — maybe one class — it’s hardly a distraction, while they go out and swashbuckle the rest of the day.

No boring faculty meetings that go nowhere. No piles of papers to grade. No office politics. No parents calling to complain about a grade. Date all the students you want in a Hollywood college movie; the women all are minxes. No chance of getting fired.

It’s interesting because most Hollywood writers actually had gone to college — they should know how they really operate.
