When someone does not take their work seriously. Its a very common thing you find with most of the people. They do not commit to the work that they are responsible to perform.

I understand that one may not be interested in the kind of work that they do. However, that does not entitle them to be so casual with the work itself. If one is being paid to perform some task, even if it doesn’t interest them, it should be done with the utmost passion and dedication. And in your remaining time do what interests you. Try to get a job in the area that interests you or start something of your own. Do not take work casually. Perform any work assigned to you with utmost devotion.
